  Nah, it's more like China -- they send an invoice for the bullets to the dead guy's family.

  9000 dead 'scum' a year, it's not likely all were. Taking away the guns might not stop the gang murders, but you can't have a shootout in a diner with knives, or do a driveby with baseball bats.

  I'm not saying they all were. I'd be willing to bet it was over half though.

  And frankly, I don't care HOW they kill each other. They're saving taxpayer money. Less crap clooging up the judicial and penal systems.
