Think nyc had a 3 day streak or maybe a 3 day plateau. The plateau in nyc in the 1918 flu lasted 6 months so really hard to read much into this. Plus I think I heard today they hit another record number of deaths.

I’m still using this for my source as it has links to where they’re getting their data from.

The numbers of positives found will go up and down more based on testing ebb and flows I would guess. That plus the long return times for test results (still almost a week according to some friends that were recently tested...which,btw, really stresses people out as they think they must be positive as it is taking so long...they weren’t).

Ok, but declining means every day is lower than the day before. Looking at worldometers, that’s not what happened. It shows a dip on Sunday but then consecutive higher days after that. (Not as high as Sat but yesterday was higher than Friday.) We’ll just have to keep watching it.Mystery wrote:

Well dang it Viking, it matters, because declining would have been nice! I was looking forward to seeing the info after you said that. I would like it to be declining so we can be done with Covid. I think Corona should give out free Coronas when it’s all over, to celebrate.

Whew, this guy goes on for awhile. I would recommend people talk to their doctor before starting a new medicine. At the very least you want to take the correct thing & get the dosage right.https://youtu.be/wgO_NKTXEMA
I already posted the correct info about the premature baby that died.

The Florida resource use isn’t expected to peak until April 21st. Even then they don’t predict a resource shortage. Not every state will be like New York. My guess is that NY will actually be the worst out of all the states. NYC just has so many people and so much public transportation. Whereas a city like Houston - it’s a big commuter city with people spread out in suburbs. Most people commute using their own cars.
I feel like Houston is also made up more of houses, rather than apartments whereas NY seems like it’s more apartments. Idk if this is actually true though. It’s just my impression - I haven’t looked anything up. Maybe someone else knows if this is the case?

The 2nd half of the video was just him repeating all the same stuff.

I have trouble reading cnn articles these days. I’m not trying to source bash it’s just hard to cut to what they’re trying to say. They spend half the article here trying to group together hydra whatever with chloroquine. Which doesn’t serve the article’s purpose at all.
The end result I got from it is people with heart issues shouldn’t take chloroquine. Or am I reading it wrong?

This is an interesting summary of chloroquine affects on the body. Btw, this guy puts out quite a few medical analysis videos.

I get what you’re saying. I’m not attached to any one source over another - if it’s good info it’s usually possible to find it multiple places. Not every article is well written, no matter the source. I was too tired last night to go hunting elsewhere though.I have trouble reading cnn articles these days. Regarding potential bias for covidactnow.org.
The stats used have been publicly challenged as inflated by “The Federalist”. The Federalist indicates the organization is politicizing the pandemic and states organization founders are a House Democrat and 3 Dem activists who are major national Dem donors from Silicon Valley.
The Federalist also states projections used are based on WHO projections that the Federalist states have already been proven as inflated and inaccurate exaggerations.
I am not a follower of “The Federalist” but this was a source that did actually name the founders behind covidactnow.org

Viking: Join Zoe is a nutrition company founded by an epidemiologist.
Our Story
All three founders - Tim, George and Jonathan - have had to make changes to the way they eat to improve their health.Along the way, they’ve all asked themselves the same question: in a world of fad diets and conflicting nutrition advice, how do I know what’s right for me?
In search of answers, Tim turned to his own research - a groundbreaking 25-year study of 14,000 twins investigating how genes, diet, lifestyle and gut bacteria (microbiome) affect how people break down and use food.
He was surprised to discover that even identical twins, who share all their genes and most of their environment, have very different taste preferences and nutritional responses to the same foods.
So there is no one right way to eat - the key lies in understanding how your body responds to food and eating in a way that suits you best.
ZOE was born by combining Tim’s scientific knowledge with George and Jonathan’s machine learning and business
