  Gladly accepted. I really understand. Really I do. I'm so pro-police it's crazy. But here, I just threw my foam number one finger at the Internet, plopped down on the couch, and said: "lame." I was disappointed that he was just a regular human cop, and not the usual super-cops I've come to love.

  First time for me. I'm 41, and this is the first time I wasn't impressed with the professionalism of the police. I'm still shaking it off.

  I have a few California cases for you to look at brown. I'll pull them later. One was where the cops formed a circle around the Ames suspect and eneded up shooting while in the circle wounding eachother. Must say I was not impressed in that case.

  Honestly, if you were on hard core drugs and you did some crazy stuff like this, you would probably be thankful you did get shot. Not on the cop debate, right vs. wrong, but would you really want to be alive after you have eaten a mans face and been rapidly spread across the news? Tw community, if you ever hear a story of a little blonde girl that went batshit crazy and tried to eat someone, please let them shoot me lol. Flip side, if someone ate 75% of my face off, let them shoot me still. I would not want to go through the surgeries and pain.

  I love a good horror flick but I am appalled by the number of people "excited" that this may be a zombie....GROW THE FUCK UP PEOPLE! I doubt you would be making the "cute" jokes if it were your loved one being victimized by some drug addicted piece of shit!   Belial, if you are going to come back to the forums, at least talk logically. If you think the victim was a man who attempted (unknowingly or knowingly) to kill the another person, you have some serious logical issues. Yes, the cop could have acted differently, but in the end he did exactly what he was supposed to do; protect the public with whatever means he has.

  Actually I'm using logic. If he was insane he deserved the chance to be treated. If he was on drugs to have caused this he deserved a temporary insanity plea and also a chance to be treated.

  But that's for the courts to decide. A police officer isn't qualified to judge guilt. Besides the guy quite likely would've been a shoe in for an insanity plea

  Don't go all defense lawyer on us. I really don't think the officer will have any trouble resulting from this encounter.

  The attacker was clearly way out of line, and some form of corrective action was required, and the officer did provide the required corrective action.

  I would rather see the guy beaten down and taken into custody, like the Representative Giffords shooter was.

  I just would have liked to see some super-hero shit here, and my lofty expectations caused me some disappointment.

  Many people know how to kill with their bare hands. This guy was doing it (except in this case with his mouth). He was killing this man.

  True but when an assailant will not stop inflicting injury to his victim, lethal measures may be called for. That is why the police are trained. To know HOW to deal with the situation. I'm sure the cop wasn't playing judge. He saw, he reacted based on his training. Police are taught to use brute force IF necessary. In this case, the officer felt it was necessary. I can't say I disagree.....

  Bull. The cop could've easily subdued an unarmed untrained man. That's what we pay them for.

  I don't see how the suspect was out of line. He was clearly insane and needed to be brought in so he could receive treatment and not be shot like a rabid animal.
