Milk has been linked to causing: Types 1 and 2 Diabetes, Weight gain, osteoporosis, various different cancers, extended fertility periods in women (leading to higher chances of breast cancer due to the high increase in the hormone estorgen), and much more. If you really wish for me to get into more detail as to my sources and what not then I could PM you everything. I cant believe the ignorance in this country and how we are raised to believe milk is good for the body. Please learn to pick up a book and go read for once. People like you are why children are growing up thinking its normal to get cancer once in their lifes or heart disease.

Amen to that. Not all things are healthy, hell why not ban anything with sugar or anything unhealthy in it! That would solve the problem, we could all be healthy sure, but it takes away something that matters more than any nutrition, our healthy dose of American freedom.🔎Ϯʜė IɴsǷeʗ†oŗ🔫 wrote:

I understand. Eating is something you do every day multiple times! And if you want to enjoy your glass of milk or a steak, go for it. If you want to only eat a plant based diet, go for it.

This ^ is bullshit. Milk is the most healthy thing you can drink. I bet you think soda is good for you too. I've been drinking about a half a gallon of milk/chocolate milk per day my entire life. I'm 6'4", thin, in shape, and have never had any health issues...
-
Yeah right I think soda is good for you. That stuff is crap. I would rather drink it then milk though. Definatley. And everyone is different. Thin, in shape people get cancers too. When you get old and get nice cataracts and you realize your cholesterole has been abnormally high for awhile you will see. For you information, the guidlines for a healthy amount of cholesterole are a load of shit, to be frank. They are way higher than your body should even have.

You do know that soda has a high acidic level right. I'm surprised the US doesn't have a whole in their stomaches already...

Most of the diseases that people get from "old age" can be prevented if given the proper diet. Before when milk wasnt a normal thing to drink most of the allments that people get these days were not even existant. Doesnt that sound alittle suspicious? Isnt it strange that people in rural third world countries arent plaged by heart disease and diabetes, while about 1/3 of the population has or will have this disease in their lifetime? How can anyone not see the correlation there. There also have been specific tests to make sure it is not just a mere coincidence. It has been proven. Of course it's not being releases by huge corperations or news stations. Do you realize how much power the food industry has on the media and the government?
-
People in third world countries don't get those diseases because they probably die first. And also, milk comes from animals, I'm pretty sure those people know how to milk a cow, goat, or camel. Yes camels give milk too.... Lol Funny but a lot of dieases these days weren't around when big citys came about. So it must be all the big city's fault... Your argumentn't very good...

That is pretty harsh. People in rural china live to be past 60. They live on plant based diets. And of course milk comes from fucking animals. No duh. We have all kinds of milk. How is that not a reason for people to origionaly look into such a thing? What else is it then? Global warming? lolPeople in third world countries don't get those diseases because they probably die first. A balanced diet occurs over the course of an entire day or several days. Not always a single meal. And the parent is the only one with a view of what their kid is really eating all the time. A good parent pays attention to their kid's overall diet, height weight (pediatrician will help with this), body composition and feeds their child accordingly from a wide variety of foods including--but not exclusively--things that they enjoy as well. Yeah I give my kids a soda on Friday and pizza rolls on Saturdays as something special. They get m&m's too. But they get all kinds of healthy things too. Does the school see that when they take apple slices, orange halves, ham, milk, and cheese? No. And they shouldn't give a rip. I probably have the only kids that watch a movie together on Sat. gnawing on baby carrots and snow peas. Ew. Weird.

Thanks for adding that they also charged the girl's mother a convenience fee. That part makes the whole argument. Some one has to pay for that lunch inspector! Priceless!Did you read the article? This is what the lunch actually consisted of. A turkey and cheese sandwich on multigrain bread. A banana a bag of chips and apple juice. Problem is it had no milk or vegetable. And the truth is they didn't confiscate her lunch. They gave her an additional school lunch billed to the mother. This consisted of Chicken nuggets a vegetable and milk. She actually retained the lunch though she didn't touch it and ate three chicken nuggets instead

Jeff newton is spot on. Our bodies are not meant to process dairy, especially in excess. If you are going to drink milk you should drink raw natural milk from the farmer who raises the cows. Your favorite search engine can do a better job of showing you the blood, pus, feces, steroids, hormones, preservatives, and other chemicals that are in your conventional dairy.
