Also I don't know if you saw this post but I would like to hear how you would answer this question.
"What I'm trying to point out is, they are controlling our children. So your saying if I gave her all that is required(which is stupid, a lunch is a lunch not a test to which you have to inspect and prepare for) but forgot to add a milk your saying that they would take the whole lunch away and replace it with processed food and make me pay for a mistake that doesn't harm the child in anyway?" -

And what happens to the child of she is lactose intolerant? Will they make the child drink the milk anyways? If not why take the whole lunch away and use that as a excuse? Why even bother inspecting lunchs? Do they need to know what you are doing 100% of the time? Should we have bathroom monitors to make sure that people don't have sex or take drugs in bath stalls? (👈 I actually think that would get a lot of reports)If you have hyperthyroidism you should limit dairy intake and increase intake of b12 which is most available in multigrain breads. You'd be fucked with the school lunch.

Whoever did that is majorly taking her rights awayThis goes off on a slight tangent, but in my mind I see them as one-in-the-same.
Recently a north Carolina girl had her packed lunch taken from her and replaced with a chicken nugget school lunch that included milk and an overfilled mystery vegetable. Her original lunch had an apple a sandwich and a bag of chips.
Who should decide what or children eat?
The Government should decide what's healthy enough. The school should decide what they serve. The children should decide what the will choose

About THEIR child? YES!As far as how we know what children should eat. Its the FDA. The FDA follows nutritional science. Are you saying the average parent knows more than scientists?
And besides look at the history of the FDA..
They have made several questioable about faces in terms of nutrition. How can you trust someone who gave us saccharin or aspartame? Someone who refuses to look at ANY herbal/natural remedies and ignores research on gmo crops, antibiotics and steroids in meat/dairy, fluoridation poisoning, etc -

I don't know everyone. Some may be scientists. But would I like someone who I have never seen monitoring and telling me that I'm wrong and that they should listen only to them? No. What I think these people think is that we send our children to school with candy and dish soap. I'm not going to make my kid take anything that would harm him, now I may not be a scientist with a phd, but I'm a person with common sence. As far as how we know what children should eat. It isn't about the state cpntrolling children. It's about keeping children healthy

They allowed her to eat it. When the school lunch was in front of her she chose chicken nuggets instead

Every lunch I pack. I bring a Moutain Dew, a bag of chips, a bag of Famous Amos cookies or 4 normal sized cookies, a PBJ (which I usually don't eat due to not having enough time(half an hour to eat, but its usually 20 mins of eating/talking, then 10-15 of socializing) and then a Resees or something. I weigh 75 pounds. I'm in 8th grade. Granted, I have extremely high metabolism and hypoglycemia, but you see my point. And I'm also very strong and athletic.

The school lunches suck these days. They really have gone overboard with the whole heathy lunch idea.

Heres an irrelevant but interesting fact. The quality of the typical jail meal is twice as high as that served by a school cafeteria

So no veggy means that the whole lunch is invalid. More controll. What happens if I sent my child with everything the whole shabang. And he hatted veggys and milk. Guess what would happen to that after they inspect their lunch. It goes into the garbage. I used to do it till I learned that I needed vegetables to grow.🔎Ϯʜė IɴsǷeʗ†oŗ🔫 wrote:

The whole lunch wasnt invalid. They supplemented with a school lunch. They did not tell the girl she coolant eat her home lunch. That was her choice to only eat 3 chicken nuggets.
-
Schools shouldn't do it just for the liability issue. They are completely responsible then if the child falls ill/dies.

Ive said this 20 times. Read the fickung article. The girl was still allowed to eat her home lunch. They merely added a school lunch to make up the missing items. The girl decoded not to eat her home lunch and ate 3 chicken nuggets instead

Tell me, if that school had no regulations for food, and she still went there with the same lunch, do you think she would go behind her mothers back and eat only 3 pieces of chicken? I think she only eat those because she felt like she did something wrong. When she did nothing of the sort. These regulations are stupid, she brought a fine lunch(better than any I had while I was in school) and didn't do anything wrong. So why doesn't the government pay out of "their" pocket to dress the child, feed the child, educate the child, and support it if I'm not doing what "they" think is right? I could send my kid to school with a sandwich and have someone pitch a fit, and do you know what I would say? I would say, "either you pay to bring my child up to your standards, or you can kiss my ass." That lunch was fine in my views and wether or not they like it, they need to deal with it, it's my child not theirs.

Hyper thyroism
Milk has been linked to causing: Types 1 and 2 Diabetes, Weight gain, osteoporosis, various different cancers, extended fertility periods in women (leading to higher chances of breast cancer due to the high increase in the hormone estorgen), and much more. If you really wish for me to get into more detail as to my sources and what not then I could PM you everything. I cant believe the ignorance in this country and how we are raised to believe milk is good for the body. Please learn to pick up a book and go read for once. People like you are why children are growing up thinking its normal to get cancer once in their lifes or heart disease.

I shouldn't pay for their views, I have a right to my own opinion and so help me God no one is going to tell me otherwise.
