  Those are the easiest ways. Try checking nearby cities & hopping to go cap someone. You should also be punching codes to work on getting stronger.

  Capping turf will increase your influence and income. A higher income enables you to pay for weapons for your increasing mob size.

  No. But you can bankrupt a player in several different ways.
  You can cover their turfs with larger ones of yours and gain protection money.
  You can cap their turfs thus reducing their income and forcing them to spend more money building again.
  Use a Vendetta to destroy their turfs and gain money from selling the upgrades.
  Attacking them or their turfs will only yield a comparatively small amount of cash, and that can only be done a few times.

  The reason behind this question is that there are some inactive players next to me with the highest worth in my region. I'm wondering why we can't get their money.

  You've found a gold mine!! Cover their turfs with larger ones of yours. Use loot upgrades if you need to go above 86 inf per turf. Putting multiple turfs over theirs will eventually make them lose more money than they bring in.

  Hi there, I'm not able to see this info. What does it mean when a turf your trying to take says out of commision and never says any different?
