So I see ur familiar with uk rap, maybe u can help me, I heard a uk group on this burned cd and for the life of me I can't figure out who they are, one song the chorus is " I need my hen, just to drink, I need my weed, just to think, I need my e, just to fuck, I need my freak, just to suck" I'm tryna find out who these cats is, all I know is one is called Peter sugarwizzle or something, any help would be appreciated

You can't judge the best anything unless you've heard it all, or at least the majority of it. Lots of these lists contain only rappers from the past 10 years, which gives you very little to judge.

Ha, not them. Run-DMC may be a classic group, but they weren't great lyricists. I'm talking Rakim, Kool G Rap, Ghostface, Nas, etc.
Hip hop has been around commercially since 1979 (and yeah, I remember being a kid and hearing "Rappers Delight" when it 1st dropped), and there's a HUGE pool of MC's of every type to choose "the best" from.
