I can't really say who's the best cause I don't understand what u mean by best. Who's sold the most albums? Probably lil Wayne being that he's put out albums since he was a 504 boy at 14 and he's only what 27 28 now, maybe jay z he's been dropping albums since like 95 96, who has the most good songs per album? Now that's a tricky question being that every rapper has an awesome first album then fizzle from there.

To me, jay z is the best rapper, I don't care for some of his music, however he has never said he's a hard muafukka, and that he loves his moms on the same album, unlike tupac, cannot respect his gangsta, also he's not just in the rap game, he's got that rocafella clothing line, body sprays, all that, to me that's what makes a great rapper, the fact that he can slang his clothes and sprays, bang beyonce, and drop an album with kanye? Man, that's talent

Of all time is kinda hard to say, krs1 politics, 2pac versatility, ludacris lyricist, DMX passion, Wayne wordplay. Like the post but there's no all time this ain't Olympics. I like how "tn" brought up Giggs, this list ain't ready for real rap.
