I'm bored at work so thought I'd see how many people in the tw community train! So my fellow mobsters I ask u:-
Your weight:-
Max bench press:-
Max Deadlift:-
Max squat:- -
Weight:- 124kgs
Bench 200kg
Deadlift 200kg
Squat can't do
Horror injury to my ankle! -
My max bench at its peak was 90 lbs, but that was a few years ago. I don't know what that is in kg.

Not sure what I can do. No weights involved on my martial arts training. Plus lots is cardio. Tempted to nip down the gym to see how I compare lol

My training partner does mma training! Lifts heavy swears it's helped him no end! His 100kg and black belt in everything almost! Lol! His deadly! What ever floats ur boat! I'm to heavy to kick!

I had wondered if some weights training would help me in wing chun. Probably more low weight high rep? What do you think

5'7 155 lbs. Max recorded bench is 285. I don't do the other stuff. I do clean-jerk-press-squats with 155 or 165 on a good day.

Slug boy, wing chun is his fav, weights is not essential for it but can help when stepping in to ur opponent using bodyweight to force off balance! Check out master Wong on YouTube! Amazing! -

I weigh 112 and 5'10" so I'm really little and boney. But I can bench 50lbs, squat ????. I'm 13 so I haven't been to the gym
Laitly, but I play water polo. And can tread in 8 feet deepwater for a hour. And lift 70 on the rowing machine. I have big back mucles from swim team. -
I'm 5"10. Bench about 310. Done kick boxing about 7 years. People might kick my ass on turf wars. But just meet me in person. We will see who the godfather is.

Thanks, I'm turning 32 this year, I'm playing with the idea of breaking 300 lbs this year, but my joints and body are already starting not to cooperate!

Thanks, I'm turning 32 this year, I'm playing with the idea of breaking 300 lbs this year, but my joints and body are already starting not to cooperate!

I don't do squats or dead lifts much but the max I was ever able to bench was 240. Back in my prime when I was lifting as hard as I could as much as I could. (I was only in tenth grade lol) right now I'm close to that tho. Still can't go that high. Can't get too sore otherwise baseball will be MUCH harder than it is with the regular soreness
