Laitly, but I play water polo. And can tread in 8 feet deepwater for a hour. And lift 70 on the rowing machine. I have big back mucles from swim team. -

Lol, my friend size and even strength overall means nothing in many respects ,the most viscious fighter(animals really) iv seen are mostly of average stature....ever seem a real real skinny guy that is incredibly strong? Look at shaolon monks?? U must have some insecurities to feel to try and assert dominance,and also my 7 year old boy could pull trigger and end it,always a bigger meaner fish ,that attitude won't serve well broI'm 5"10. Some impressive stats if there true, I've been traing for years, I'm 6"1 and 14st 2 lb of lean, I bench 3 sets of 10 reps comfortable at 100kg, I don't deadlift, and can squat 140kg, just finished bulking and ripping at the mo, bring on the summer☀☀☀☀☀

I'm 13 weigh 140 lb. 5 feet 4in And can bench about 145 lbs, deadlift about 275 and not sure exactly what a squat lift is. And about The steroid thing in my opinion if you can bench over 500 lbs you are on steroids. You may not know it but you are on steroids. The reason I think this is because at the cross fit NATIONAL (whole world) competition last years winer had a max DEADLIFT of around 500lbs and my cousin who is more focused on strength has a max DEADLIFT of 510 lbs. They are more all around focused than just lifting but still I doubt they would ever get a 500 lbs bench.

I competed many many years ago.
I was in the 148lbs class
355 bench
510 deadlift
445 squat
I competed mostly in the North East 🇺🇸
The super little troll freaks where benching over 400lbs and 600 on deadlift and squat juice free.
If you can bench 2-2.5 times your weight thats good.
Deadlift and squat 3-3.5 time your weight is also good.
Now I am older then dirt so the only thing I lift now is 🍺🍺
