Additionally my nieces and nephews look as white as the royal family. However, their maternal grandparents and mother are Mexican nationals who immigrated to the US from Mexico. They have been raised within a rich and supportive Hispanic environment alongside their other aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family who also immigrated from Mexico. They speak Spanish fluently and their home life is very Hispanic centered

While attending high school a nephew was told by a teacher that his opinion held no weight on a topic related to inclusion and diversity because he is a white male, is biased, and cannot perceive through the same filters of his Hispanic classmates.

Broad & general statements and stereotypes are what started the inclusion and diversity efforts. But they are now using broad and general stereotypes to highlight and emphasize their points. It serves no purpose to condemn something by doing the same thing.

from my personal corporate stand point diversity and equality training is laughable. if anything the pendulum has swung far completely in the other direction. that shit is not equal , yet you still hear bitching and moaning. nothing will be good enough. they have mastered the art of stepping on and over you while crying they are being mistreated and things aren't fair.

it's not even a white/black thing, or male/female thing. how about just american vs outsiders. the last few corporations i've been out our amrs teams have been 90% are from india. it's amazing the people networking they have done.

there was a show on tv , maybe even 60min, where they covered people who "felt" like they were amputees. these people, usually starting with something small like piercing's would move on to wanting more and more mutilations. one guy even asked a doctor to saw his leg off. i think he eventually took a shotgun to get the job done. these people i consider broken also. something is always missing or they don't "feel" right. i still see the same crys for attention. positive or negative doesn't matter as long as they get it. nothing is enough. they have to feel special or unique. can't be happy with themselves for whatever reason. there's more than just gender problems out there but i feel the same way to all of them. i don't have time for their BS and i'm not going to play into it. if i could drop them all on an island by themselves i would.

I’m also not sure why y’all start talking about DEIC and drugs, stay on topic. Drugs are a completely different beast to handle, I’ve studied that extensively. And the fact that y’all think poorly on DEIC and are claiming reverse racism tells me there’s no point in discussing it.

I agree that people should be comfortable with who they are and live their life on their terms without being concerned about what others may think. Unfortunately people do go out of their way to try and make people uncomfortable for who they are, call them names, intimidate them, ridicule them and treat them as a lessor being. You do you, that’s hard enough for anyone
