Discrimination is a good instinct. Its how we detect bad actors and motives of those who want harm against me or my soul.
You discriminate almost every second of your day. If you look left, you are discriminating against looking right. You discriminate other colored shirts when you put on a pink one.

I’m not going to invalidate anyone’s religion or identity by saying they’re wrong. I’m going to let them continue to believe God is real and respect that belief, even though it completely rallies against everything I believe to be true. If you want to identify as a Christian, that’s cool. I don’t believe in God, or a creator of any kind, and have seen no proof to suggest such a thing. However, if that is your truth, and what you believe, I am happy to let you carry on and will treat your beliefs with all the reverence with which I treat my own. Your God is as important to you as scientific method is to me. I will not hate you for your beliefs or the way you choose to live but I don’t have to like the bigotry and hatred that some people carry with those beliefs. Thankfully, most Christians I’ve met are quite accepting and even accommodating. Good people.

Didn’t you say you support people “believing” they are something other than they really are? What part of your scientific method supports that? Show your physical proof that supports it.
