Tips On Gaining Weight?

As the title says I'm looking for help/tips on gaining weight. I'm 6'1 159 pounds 14 years old. My metabolism is SUPER fast...it sucks well atleast right now it does. What I'm doing right now is sticking with proteins..Peanut Butter, peanuts, Fish, Eggs etc. I don't like being so like skinny! My sisters boyfriend is a amatuer bodybuilder so he's kinda guiding me, but all the tips I can get will help

Genetics are against you. I tried everything. 16 years old I was 6'5" 160 lbs. nothing worked except getting older and having kids. My kids are the exact same.

Haha I havesame problem. Only I'm 4'11 80 pounds and have a super high metabolism. I went on a fiber drink for a while but it fidn't help. Hope you find tips for all the skinny people like us out there!

Start drinking a long burning protein shake (casien protein powder) right before you go to bed. That should start to pack the weight on.
Make sure you work out or you will just add fat. Good luck

Like muscle weight? Then exercise then eatlots of protein and it will make your muscles grow. Take a day off between weightlifting like lift mon then lift wed etc etc. Your muscles will have time to grow and repair themselves from the workout

I'm 20 years old, and upon a recent discovery I'm 6' 2" and 150lb, I am currently on a desk job as I'm too "light" to join my specialized field of work. for the past 5 years I've tried everything from protein shakes to muscle building to couchpotatoing and for the life of me I cannot gain weight. What little I do gain, quickly falls back to 150. I've never even seen 160 on the scale.
It makes me happy, and angry at the same time -

You can consume a max of 50grams of protein every 3 hrs. More than that could damage your kidneys. But if you stay at that level of consumption or just below you'll pack the weight on. You just have to eat and eat and eat

Heres my gain weight fast plan
Breakfast-start your day with a nice frozen pizza and soda!
Lunch-Go to McDonald's and buy a whopper,large frie, and mc des sweet tea.
Snack- Eat some Cheetos.
Supper- Eat some easy mac, some spam and some skittles and a monster.
Then for a before bed snack(that's when the carbs make the most impact) eat some chips ahoy! -
Drink your calories soda,energy drinks etc.

5 years ago I weighed 120 lbs and I am 6" tall. I worked out on a regular basis and ate very healthy. Then I started drinking an ensure with high protein with every meal and now I am up to 235 lbs with around 10% body fat.

Everyone's said load up on protein but it's carbs u need! Not fast release carbs I'm talking good clean slow release carbs! Oats and quinoa is a start! Your body doesn't need loads of protein! 30g a serving is enough!
Carbs are your friend! -
Same for me. 6ft, 150 pounds. Right now, I'm working weights and eating a shitload. Like even when I'm not hungry. Just eat a lot of meat, (not all protein foods, just meat works) and work out a lot (muscle building not stamina building). It works eventually

All I'll say is.. Do NOT listen to anyone telling you to drink sodas and eat fast food. That is extremely unhealthy. Eat a lot of fish/chicken. Eat bread. Drink orange juice and goats milk(Goats milk is healthier than cows milk). But don't eat all fast food. Good luck.
