The only reason I can see that you would not give that kind of respect is if you had a different motive for being there than just placing turf in places you travel
Johnny O and Missy Jane both asked my permission before planting in Chicago. I granted both requests because of the respect shown me.
I've never once been asked for permission by anyone comin into Honolulu or Hawaii. Maybe because I've made my intentions clear: All are welcome, don't f**k with the noobs. Fighting is fine, but if an outsider gets overly agressive, or tries to take over, then and only then, does it become in issue.

I never said a whole city would b safe
As another independent player, I agree with Charlie in the sense that it is absurd to declare an entire city as a safe zone.
I very firmly believe that the Capos should have the ultimate say over what goes on in their cities; afterall, they have the most influence and maybe they fought hard to get it and keep it and thus deserve the respect and the right to run it as they see fit.
If an alliance member happens to control a city, then the alliance would have influence over how that city is run...if an alliance has a problem with a Capo in a city they're in, then they should fight to take it over.

I saw nothing in the terms that excluded certain Gc3 people from California??Does this go for all of gc3 or the ones who are California residents. It's not my state or belial's state any more than it is zraygo or flatface's state bc they live here, but some of us might have a problem with page, drizzy or nelli coming in here and "staking claim" on California.
-
I just hope no one sets up a "safe zone" in any of my cities (where I'm capo), otherwise expect to get kicked back out. No outside group will tell me what i can or cant do there. Otherwise I'm glad there's peace and don't care.

I agree with Bella. They come in and start recruiting. Mostly from our state garbage pile. They then tell us that these "players" are going to set up safezones and to ATtack these zones or players is an act of war against the whole group. Very bad diplomacy on gc3s part

Ok so you guys are now rejecting last nights deal?

Page, 4 hours ago when Nate posted this thread was the first I'd heard of any deal. I'm still digesting what this all means. I just don't want this coming out as a GC3 win, bc it shouldn't be. If we're going to be fair, let's be fair.Ok so you guys are now rejecting last nights deal?

There was no deal reached. These are guidelines for fair play.
There are/were no peace accords. -

So for clarification.......safe zones can only be accessed by "outsiders" with permission from the group who created it??
Anything else will be viewed as aggression??
Please re-review this post.
To violate this is an act of aggression. And doing so carries reprecussions. Please note - with permission is in there. -

Did miss the fact that California was declared a safe zone? My understanding is that Gc3 can establish safe zones in cities that they control And permission has to be requested to enter those zones. The same is true for Gc3. They must request access to enter anyone elses safe zones.

Nate if this thing ends up being even more of a waste of your time I'm sorry.
As for you Cali boys and girls, if you have concerned about the way we run our territory then ask Nate how it's done in Dallas?
He's there he can tell you in private what sort of gangster we are.... Then make up your own mind if you want us in Cali helpin everyone or tearin shit up -

the players setting up the safe zones, are from Cali, not Texas. secondly, its a small area that e1 benefits from. stop fkn griping already. you guys act like bcuz some ppl from Cali have the Gc3 tag, they have no rights in this game. stop being so controlling. Gc3 Cali people will set up an area that e1 can enjoy higher incomes what is wrong with that? where does it say in he rules that u own Cali belial?I agree with Bella. Well all this is fun but off to Disneyland

Look, nobody owns California....but the mob or combination of mobs who have the most influence and power in their respective areas have the right and the means to develop and control the policies there; that's really the bottom line.
None of these mobs however, have the right to police or speak for any area within their reach but for which they do not occupy or have the majority of influence.
Again, I think the Capos should be recognized as the ultimate authority figure in their area. If they happen to be in an alliance, then the alliance controls those Capo borders. If the Capo is more hands-off and ignores what goes on around them...then overrun them & claim their title. Don't agree with their policies or how they play the game...take control of the area from them.
-
GC3, you want to establish outposts and expand into California....I think you should start in either the places where your CA members are currently Capo or if there aren't any, help them take some over.
If you control the Capo, you control the territory and nobody can say crap about anything you choose to do in that territory in my mind.
I think this will place a higher value on being Capo other than for free police protection and could result in more power struggles which would liven up the game.

So under my logic, if Hell froze over & GC3 were able to recruit Bella...then with her influence there, the GC3 would in fact control San Diego.
But of course I would have to relieve her of that position should that ever happen. Since Bella is BAIC, then BAIC technically controls San Diego through her...but since BAIC is mostly benign, I have no reservations.
-
Wait, Now I'm confused.
