We would invite anyone into these groups as long as they are willing to respect the rules but do note that these rules may be suspended by the Boss in question in times of war or if some player gets out of line. And if another Group: CMS, Gc3, ECS, PSI, etc. tried to gain access, that will be viewed as "an act of war"
(Psi would be attacked on sight because he is a sworn enemy of Gc3 but CMS, ECS, (and perhaps Baic) would certainly be welcome) -

Johnny, you are welcome to continue to farm me or violate my "safe zone" at any time. I know it's dirty but I kinda like it. Does that make me bi-curious like Lindsay Lohan!?!ηєgяιтα✯¢нυℓα wrote:

Does this go for all of gc3 or the ones who are California residents. It's not my state or belial's state any more than it is zraygo or flatface's state bc they live here, but some of us might have a problem with page, drizzy or nelli coming in here and "staking claim" on California.

I'm along for the ride. I just love playing the game. You all work out the rules and let me know. Bella I have never had a problem with you attacking me daily or several times a day for xp. I actually have about 5 people farming me for xp right now

These safe zones...
That means safe for noobs only right?
If I was to cap from someone level 50 or higher, surely that is acceptable?

I fond that unacceptable if an entire city is declared a safe zone. I'm not traveliing 3000 miles just to paint pretty circles on a map. I posted my personal capping guidelines and no one seemed to have an issue.

But as Nelli said, Bring it to the mainland first Charlie.
-
Everyone brings their opinions to threads mot directed at them. I figured since all the key players were here, this was as good a place as any to ask.
I've seen stated that Oakland was a safe zone, philly in it's entirety was no cap.
Just seeking calarification.
How about posting a list of safe zones? I'm going coast coast. Am I expected to ask every turf group I encounter if it's a safe zone?
-
I will summarize BAIC's safe zone for you as an example.
The Lake Merritt area in Oakland is controlled by BAIC players. It is a massive turf city. Only the Lake Merritt area and downtwn Oakland, not the entire city.
I would estimate that 90% of the turfs there are under control by BAIC players.
If a noob plants in that area, we don't care but when a larger player comes in, he/she is contacted and permitted/not permitted to stay.Example: Belial permitted Humboldtmoog to enter and plant in his Anaheim safe zone.
But planting in a safe zone without permission is considered a hostile act.
-
I agree Charlie. The safe zones need to public knowledge. However, this is much like knowing the laws of the land in countries you travel to. Its your responsibility to find out what those laws are.
Communicating with major city capos or mobsters with high state influence before you claim should become common practice for everyone.
-
As another independent player, I agree with Charlie in the sense that it is absurd to declare an entire city as a safe zone.
I very firmly believe that the Capos should have the ultimate say over what goes on in their cities; afterall, they have the most influence and maybe they fought hard to get it and keep it and thus deserve the respect and the right to run it as they see fit.
If an alliance member happens to control a city, then the alliance would have influence over how that city is run...if an alliance has a problem with a Capo in a city they're in, then they should fight to take it over.
-
The only reason I can see that you would not give that kind of respect is if you had a different motive for being there than just placing turf in places you travel
Johnny O and Missy Jane both asked my permission before planting in Chicago. I granted both requests because of the respect shown me.
-
Besides, if everyone indeed wants some action then what is it going to hurt to let people claim around you. If we are capable of making rules for our cities and states then we damn well better be able to defend and uphold those rules against any invaders. Let's mob up or shut up!
-
I'll do what I can then. My plan is to capmy way c2c, but hop where there are no turfs to connect. I play fair. I consider leve, mob and turf count. I don't hurt income, and I don't eliminate anyone.
I don't necessarily consider planting turf to be a hostolile action. And I will say this now-I do not plan on asking permission to plant turf. I will inquire first in the bigger areas before capping.
But if see Veteran player someone with 50+ turfs and I need 3 to cap through, I see nothing wrong with that.
I'm not looking to take over anywhere. Just goin' turfin'.
If that's hostile, then take whatever actions you deem necessary.

Charlie, our zones are only as strong as our ability to protect them. When someone violates a safe zone, we band together to fight off the threat
(this recently happened in the French quarter N.O.)
When we defend a zone we will invite anyone we can to join the fight.
You can come claim in a safe zone for the income or to start a fight. That's how we roll. We get enough challengers to make the game fun for vets and noobs alike
The noobs have fun being part of a big fight and local residents get to bond with their fellows against a common enemy.
Nobody running a gc3 zone is going to come on the forums a cry about your attacks.. We expect them to marshal everything they can to defeat the barbarian at the gates -

There is one city, which I will be relocating to IRL. I do plan on a major establishment there. Including capo.

Why do you guys continue to ruin the game for yourselves?
