Screw it. I'm writing in vermin supreme.

I know this is just a pipe dream, but all presidential candidates should be talking about is economics and providing for the common defense of our Nation. I don't care what a President thinks about religion, abortion, marriage, or anything else that should be an individual's right. Let the government worry about our security and $, but let me worry about my family and what I do in the bedroom...

He's better than the other candidates. I think the total republican candidates is now...7? Not sure which Romney is best.
It sucks that the Republicans can't get a good candidate in office. 🇺🇸😓🇺🇸

People seem to forget Marriage is not something the government created, & government shouldn't be dictating the rules of marriage, this falls under the church. I have no problems with anyone joining in a civil union.@Vinnie
2. He wants to impose his opinion of what is traditional based on his religious beliefs.. Eeerrrr survey says Wrong.
3. Come talk to me when homosexual marriage effects yours.
Yeah straight people have so much respect for traditional marriage*cough* kardashian, Spears, Rodman, Mario Lopez, Nicolas Cage *cough*
As far as your piss poor examples of straight people respecting the vows of marriage, I really hope you don't think we're all like those clowns. My wife & I took our vows 24 yrs ago and I took them serious & still do to this day. I'm also far fro homophobic, my dentist is gay, if I was homophobic, do u think I'd let him knock me out with gas, lol. -
I have a gay uncle, two gay brother-inlaws, & a gay cousin (funny, no lesbians in the family). Marriage is defined as a union between a man and a woman. You want the same thing, fine, I'm all for it, just call it something else.

1.Reread his comment and actually whole interview. The "it" in "it's not' doesn't refer to homosexuality. It refers to the definition of marriage. Follow it through.. So yes he was comparing homosexuality to beastiality..

Lets not forget thay santorum supports sodomy laws. Not only does he want to make homosexuality a criminal act but he also wants to make blowjobs illegal. This is not a sane individual.

Oh. Santorum has also stated that pron needs to be made illegal. A clear violation of freedom of speech. We absolutely did not need someone who sees the importance of his relogion as a higher priority than the US constitution

Nearly everything that you've posted about him is completely FALSE. The whole blowjob thing was completely made up by a blogger and it's been repeated as fact.Lets not forget thay santorum supports sodomy laws. His statement wasn't that homosexuality should be made illegal. He said that it's up to the states to repeal or enact sodomy laws. Not the federal government's role.
He also said that the pornography laws should be enforced and strengthened by the attorney general. Not that it should be illegal.
I'd suggest to everyone on here to do some real research and don't believe everything that you read from some blogger that has no responsibility to be honest.
That goes for both right wing and left wing bloggers. If it sounds too stupid to be believed it probably is....

Well. Santorum supoorts state rights to sodomy laws which is about the same as supporting them outright. And blow jobs are considered a form of sodomy. So its all fair conclusions
-
So B. by your reasoning since Santorum believes that abortion laws should be handled at the state level then he supports abortion? That is absolutely the opposite of his view. Just because he supports state's rights doesn't automatically make him in support of new laws.
All I'm suggesting to everyone is to take what is said about all the candidates with some skepticism. Especially when the person talking about the candidate opposes them. More than likely their position against the candidate is going to be exaggerated.

Why are some of you getting heated about Santorum? He's on the back burner, guarantee in a few months, maybe less, no one will be saying anything about him. It doesn't matter now whether he was a homophobe, xenophobe, or a misunderstood man. All people will be focused on now is the election. In the future he probably won't even be remembered, do you remember elections from history all those that ran and didn't get selected? Usually people don't, you may know a few, but not that important since they now have no effect on the presidency.

First off, it's not a Right. Marriage is a function of the church, the only reason the government is involved at all is for tax reasons. Second, if you can get the same thing under another name, then its not discrimination.SirWasteAlot wrote:
