Not well most likely. A balanced diet is important. I'm not insulting those who eat meat anyway, just saying that being a vegetarian doesn't make you a freak, an outcast, lazy, weak, or any other was people have insulted vegetarianism.DRAMABOT 5000 wrote:
how are your arteries doing?I eat zero. Zero fruits or vegetables. I won't even have lettuce or tomato on a hamburger and am perfectly healthy in every way

I wish my body instinctually craved exercise!! It's a known fact it's good for the body yet mine refuses to crave it it has to be forced to just deal with it 😝 and down with veggies! Blah!

Prince Fielder of the Detroit Tigers is a vegetarian. I believe he's around 6 feet and weighs in at over 300 pounds.Hence why there's also no pro sports players that are vegetarian. It just isn't healthy. Eat only meat and you will be strong and athletic. Eat only vegetables and you'll be on the couch watching days of our lives

Haha, not true. Eating vegetarian is a growing trend in MMA. Pretty sure any one of them can kick any one of our asses easily.

To those who insult vegetarians because of whatever reason: Most vegetarians do not discriminate against meat eaters. We do not care if you tear into a steak. We realize that animals must be killed for food. I just ask that you respect our way of living too.

They're Faking them because you can't get athletic without protein and why many vegetables have protein it doesn't absorb in the body. It only passes through. Vegetables have absolutely no useable nutritionDRAMABOT 5000 wrote:

Wrong kind of protein. Vegetable protein tends to settle in the heart while meat protein tends to spread throughout the muscles. Ask Amy body builder what protein they intake. It won't be soy

Foods that are rich in fat or sugar instinctively taste so good because they are great sources of energy. Through the entire span of human history, such foods were scarce and inaccessible to the vast majority of the population. The humans who craved fat and sugar ate more of it (for various reasons) and were better nourished. Being better nourished, they were more fit to reproduce and ensure the survival of the offspring, who also craved fat and sugar. The rest is history.
