Here's another thing. Vegetarians all end up weak. Confidently any meat eater can kick any vegetarians ass. There's a reason why body builders only eat meat. Because meat obtains protein in a usable form. Let's face it. If you're a vegetarian you're a pussy

I eat zero. Zero fruits or vegetables. I won't even have lettuce or tomato on a hamburger and am perfectly healthy in every way

I know some pretty large people that dont eat meat but to take in lot of protien

Harvard just released a study saying eating a lot of red meat, especially processed meats like bacon and hot dogs, had a higher mortality rate. They followed 119,000 men and women for 28 years, so it's a pretty thorough study.
I eat meat, including bacon, but veggies are good. I crave vegetables all the time.

Meat is the only way! Humans have incisors for a reason! Also, you need protein. Meat is calorie rich which is needed to fuel our advanced minds. Mankind wouldn't have survived if we were all vegetarians.

I'm a vegetarian and for some, they just claim that vegetables taste good to them. But honestly, that's BS. Most vegetarians recognize that meat is in fact good for you, but is not always necessary for you to be healthy; you just have to get your protein somewhere else. Other vegetarians don't eat it because they are protesting the killing of the animals or the hormones that can be put into them. However, any wise person [vegetarian] realizes that meat is a part of life and killing cows and pigs is fine as long as it's for meat to eat. As for hormones, they are rarely used anymore so that's not an argument. Others (like me) were raised as vegetarians so now meat doesn't taste good to them because they hadn't had it in so long.
So most vegetarians are not all Veggie-Freaks ad are anti-meat (although some radical ones are). I dont understand vegans though
