Widowmaker got his name because he likes to fool around with rich married women. He conveniently finds a way for their husbands to walk in on him & try to kill him. He shoots the husbands in self-defense. The widows then get all the money & pay for his every need. It's been a sweet setup, but after 5 "self-defense" shootings, the police are starting to get suspicious.

It turns out that Patsy didn't become PSI, she was just his original personality before he completely disassociated. The experts attribute his disassociation to his mom keeping him in the basement.
