Well his story has changed many times over the past few days. At first he had no idea how it happened. He stated he got on TW and he had been reset and his name was changed. Then he said he was hacked. Then he said his friend reset him on accident, but then later said his friend didn't do it because zUntamed was a "gay" name. He said his friend didnt like this game so his friend couldnt have done it. Then he said he was hacked again, and now where to the "restored iPod" story.
We know he wasn't hacked because nick said he wasn't. Someone reset him, someone chose that name. It didn't choose itself. Who knows.

Wow chain hunter renfomated the device. That's all I would do as well, I would not know I had to MSG support and find another step.
If this happend to me I would be mad. If the reset button had a password. Then chain hunters friend would of had to ask for password to deleat. Then this would have never happens.
Simple as that. It's a simple thing to ask for. And as someone who plays games were just asking for a new feature. Happens all the time that's why game makers do updates.
As for chained hunter since there is not much info on how to sell your device and keep ur acount on new device.
I think a restore should be done. -

Could you please consider reinstating ChainedHunter/zUntamed's account?
He made a genuine mistake in an area which is unclear. Not everybody knows that just deleting the app from a device isn't good enough.
Apparently advice was asked, with no reply. If this is true, then maybe some compassion should be shown.
Also could you please make resetting a more complex action. A password or PIN would protect our investment from angry wives, jealous siblings and drunken friends.

Ok, simplest solution that protects everyone.
One account, one device.
If you want to play on a new device you need to transfer your account.
But, you won't be able to do as I do, play on iPad or iPhone (I have the same account on two devices)

When I moved from my 3GS to my 4 I had to put my password in. I just checked my old 3GS cause I reset it and gave it to my kid to use for watching movies and such. After installing tw it asked for a passwordAnd whose manuel?😜
