People make mistakes. Shouldn't be the end of the world for chained hunter for making one

I asked support how to secure my account a few days before I sold it. They didn't respond at all. So it's not really my fault that I didn't know how.⌖🔥Belial🔥⌖ wrote:

I will admit that unassociating your account from a device does seem less well known than it should be.
Again, I reiterate the need in game for a 'log out' that removes breaks the link between the device and the account.

Not only that. But theyre a different issue. A tv from an electric is store Woupd cost the store money. The acct is all virtual. I don't see how nick Woupd be out anythingHey bones. If my 5 year old smashes my TV I can call my home owners insurance company and get a new TV. Or I at least have the option of replacing that TV with one exactly like it. Not if SHE wipes my TW account I don't. And I've spent more on TW than u did on my TV.

U still sold it prior to getting an answer, on something you knew you had to ask. If you cared then you could have waited! If you can't put TW on your home insurance, perhaps you should have done more homework as to how secure your investment would be.(not tue Devs problem). As for B, the reset button has been used by countless people, lots you pretended to be friends with. The reset is an option provided by the Devs, so if someone gets too addicted, boom lights out. Or a fresh start, boom there it is, also if someones buddy wants to reset, boom there it is! Seems like the dev team has hacking under control from their end, should they set up a TW babysitting company too? Help people latch onto the tit of life and such!

You invested knowing there was no protection. Its like investing in a bank that has no insurance if they go bankrupt.. No one promised you protection on your investment it was your choice to invest your money unprotected and now you're screaming for protection because how far you went into the game.. Just being devils advocate. But if I'm going to invest I expect to be protected. Or I'm not going to invest. The game should have some form of acct protection IMO

I agree 100% there should be sort of protection but there and there is not promised any when you click to buy don points.. You know this and you still buy the points.. And if we weren't here investing in this game wouldn't be here. They can improve stuff..just waiting for the problem to arise before fixing.lol

Chained Hunters account should be restored. END OF!
Every plea for reinstatement should be examined on an individual basis. This was a genuine mistake by CH in an area that is, at best, cloudy. Even I didn't know what a UDID number was when I recently asked support about selling a device and deleting the app. At least they answered me!
He asked for advice, it never came!
If it happened to me I'd be pissed off! Big time.
NICK- It wouldn't be hard to check if he did at least ask for advice. If so, reinstate the poor guy. -
Every time the wife and I argue the first thing I do is hide my iPad.
She can slash my suits and smash my laptop but if she ever hit that reset button.......😡😡😡😭💔 -
I didn't know that. I thought by restoring a device I would be safe. I don't even know how I would go about selling my phone later on now. I don't even know how to log off the game. I'm right chained and Belial on this one.

Wait. So CH didnt do a secure wipe on his device before giving it to someone else? If so I say tough shit its his own fault for not following best practices

Just to give a heads up I just posted a suggestion about having to enter apple ID to reset.
I think this would really help. -

I am sending the following to support. Copy and paste at your own free will or voice your own opinion:-
Support/Nick,
Could you please consider reinstating ChainedHunter/zUntamed's account?
He made a genuine mistake in an area which is unclear. Not everybody knows that just deleting the app from a device isn't good enough.
Apparently advice was asked, with no reply. If this is true, then maybe some compassion should be shown.
Also could you please make resetting a more complex action. A password or PIN would protect our investment from angry wives, jealous siblings and drunken friends.
Thanks for taking the time to listen.
