The irony. By you saying that all you have done is quoted what you have been brought up to believe. America is shit-scared of communism and always has been. Is it not American school children who pledge allegiance to the flag every morning?

My point is, most westerners don't think for themselves. They have opinions formed on what they are fed by the media. Killing is wrong, but (and I know no-one in here will agree with me) but it is the only way to achieve a sustainable planet. Humans only look as far as what they can achieve in their lifetime and in a western society that is purely based on money (I.e career, house, car etc) it is all to the detriment of the planets natural resources and our health (as a species). People who dont follow a long term ideal (I.e everyone in this forum) would have to be killed. That is a fact no-one will ever get their head round.
-
And that is why as humans, as a species, it is too late and will always be too late for us to accept complete unity and sustainability, because we don't want to sacrifice what we can achieve for ourselves in our life time.

Oh, so you somehow know that the official story is completely false. I wish I had your connections. The soldier who shot che guavara was not pissed off. He was ordered to execute him the morning after he was captured. If you don't want an intellectual conversation just say so.

There are 2 types of hospital in Cuba. The ones for the tourists, and the ones for the little people.I just read the John lee anderson book on Che. While I dont agree with all the killing he did. I think his ideas were excellent and that he was a true visionary. Just look at healthcare in Cuba. It's better than in the US and it's free.
We're talking about a country that is so poor that without assistance from the former Soviet union, the people were forced to grow their own food to survive.
Overflowing boat-loads of people have been showing up in Florida since the revolution. Their hospitals are SO good, they must be discharging patients over 90 miles out the door.

...And to bring up China as a success story... WOW.
I suppose you blame Apple for the latest Foxconn explosion, killing yet another group of slave laborers working and living in horrible conditions.
Pollution. Political execution. Poverty. Inhuman labor conditions. Child labor.
The only success they have is letting in limited capitalism.

Why don't we let the turfwars players living under totalitarian regimes tell us how much better it is?

Actually, I do have connections. I've lived a long life of adventure, and I know many people with very interesting jobs. My former submarine service has opened many doors. I've had friends at the CIA, NSA, Army intelligence, Air Force SF, and others that I can't even talk about. Living in DC helps, and working in the Federal government helps even more. I know capitalist refugees from El Salvador.Oh, the things we discuss.
I also have a friend that was chased out of Chile by the capitalist pigs. I know people involved with these issues on all sides.
What are your connections?

Really? Good grief, how did this perspective come to you? First you say killing is the only way. Then you say we are all slaves to the system... You cheer on the overtly controlling regimes, and criticize the more open societies for secretly being as bad as the ones you endorse. Wow.Brown🎵Note😲 wrote:

I haven't cheered on anyone. I am saying that your system doesn't work. A system which is sustainable does. People who are programmed to not understand long-term sustainability (I.e most Americans) would have no place in a sustainable system, they have been brought up to expect a lifestyle and opportunities that are not sustainable, and would never let it be taken away from them.
