Apologies for my mental absence, but i discovered/experienced a new Side-effect of sleeping: it makes one forget things, therefor, as Soon as silly O'clock is over in my country, i Will Add new members to the wiki yawn list (if i remember).
Also: pm me: it is like sticking à note to the front of my hand!
But now:

I sense from the lack of posts that our strength in yawn is growing. Less posts means more are sleeping. The yawn is strong at this time of year.

Well it's come as a great relief to me that I am now an official member of this movement, trouble is I am a very light sleeper and will wake at the slightest sound do any of my fellow snoozers have any answers to my problem?

Dear Yawn members, first and foremost I Appologise for the time of this post. It is approx midnight in the UK. I am just about to hit the sack and thought I would check the forum and I am very happy to see UV being given a warm, yawn worthy welcome.
Things to avoid before bed to ease the way into Sleep town.
1⃣ caffeine
2⃣^^^^ that includes red bull
3⃣chocolate
4⃣cheeseand my personal top tip for yawn members that are male....
5⃣18 year old women that want to have their wicked way with u...remember sleep should alwAys come first ;-) lol

Morning, well I had a better sleep last night thank to the power of the yawn, praise be, I found cutting out the 2lb block of cadburys helped, plus drinking those 8 cans of red bulls can't have been good for me! But I'm sorry Mr Big Cat I have let you down, the two nubile 18 yr old girls, I just couldnt turn them down! I will pray to the great yawneth tonight for more willpower.

I think point 5 should be optional!!! I know sleep is important...but hey c'mon. I think judgement should be exercised on that one...chances are the acrobatics will be in a sleep friendly zone anyway!!!!

Tis true, will power and judgement are yawn members greatest tools...
For example I used my judgment on point 5 just yesterday. I imdiately felt that it was a force working against the way of yawn, however, I slept short but better as a result.
Yawneth works with mysterious ways...

What if...
We can call it bestowing a blessing upon our sisters. We are, afterall, pointing them to the bed. Yawnweh knows when we are sleeping, and knows when we're awake, he knows if we've been bad or good so be sleeping for goodness sake.

I don't know about bestowing a blessing on our sisters, I don't have any sisters, but I do have the two nubile girls who hammered on my door all night in an effort to get in! So are we now saying I should have blessed them both and that would have brought the great god yawneth unto all this brethren? I am greatly confused and would like clarification from his emissary on earth Mr Big Cat, praise be.

Ahh! Mr Big Cat, what has happened? I was enjoying a peaceful sleep in sleep town when suddenly people dropped to their knees and their stomachs exploded, it was very gory, then all the houses caught on fire!! What happened to my dream? Why?
