  I'm not saying you have to do anything mikey. Your free to make your own choices. However. Your in my territory. So the rules. Like them or not. Are in place. I would respect your area and I ask that you Do the same. By you being in another area. To be considered welcome as I am in alot of the places I have turf. Means you need to establish a relashiohship with the locas and meet agrements. Otherwise wars will start. Which is part of the game mind you. But if you want to go around and Capp of anyone you can and not say a word then fair enough. But don't expect the locals to be happy about it.
