K guys. I'm a little late to the party, but since this involves me also I want to throw in my two cents. First off there are many players in CMS who I have talked to, and I like. The problem is that too many members use it as cover to act like bullies. I'm being targeted now twice for taking 2 turfs from 2 different players. Players that take way more turfs from a single player in a day. I have only targeted players tgat are close in mob, and have played as long or longer than I. I think you guys need to start looking at members that abuse their power. My understanding is that the CMS was created to protect weaker players. Great intentions... But now it's being used to intimidate players.

my use of 5 devices came from other games where u needed to either udid fake or better yet use multiple devices to get by. I started this game using multiple devices before I even knew their benifits (I.e. Increased income) and immeditately came clean with Nick so I could find the exact rules and details regarding the use of my accounts. I fail to see how I am a control freak any sense of the word. Dork, yes, nerd, yes, little add, yup. Control freak??? LoL

The cms members I deal with are peaceful and do look out for "the little guy". I've also had problems with members even though I'm a member myself but cms has always worked out a fair and equitable solution every time! Compromise is always better than war as far as I'm concerned.

For the record: PSI even attacked last week when I was in a vendetta. Ironically, he soon after joined my vendetta. -
I will not and do not cap from players that have started after me, or dont have close to the same mob size. For this reason I have many run-ins with CMS. For some reason you guys feel like you can cap from other players, but nobody can cap fro you. Once one medium size player loses a turf they start complaining and everyone swarms. It really makes the game un-enjoyable for the rest of us.

99% of my caps are inactives. The handful of exceptions were to get closer to a target and in every one of those cases I pm'd an apology and explanation. -
That's cool shake. I don't mean to generalize. I'm just tired of the double standard. People scream because I capped one turf, while they capped dozens. And more often than not, in my experience, those players hide under the protection of CMS.

Ok. I'm still at work but have 5 minutes. Here's the whole deal. PSI/Alpha. I told mikey he could take a turf or 2 off your alpha profile because you and I were not necisarily in a truce. This was before I found out you were helping us with thug. Your help Was appreciated. Also mikey was over his limit and needed to streaching out a bit. And with the whole thug thing. I didn't know you were with us and forgot to tell anything to mikey. That was my mistake.

As for the vendetta on both mikey and alpha. It was simply a precaution as I went to bed early and was unsure what might Happen over the night. Only defensive. Notice how I hvent hit anyones turf. I'm doing my best to resolve this as quickly and easily as possible. PSI. You and I have our different oppinions. And I respect yours. I'm all for having a open discussion as we are. The issues in philly are getting mixed it. Mikey. You and I have found a way to communicate. I hope we can keep that open. And work together.

Currently there is only one person who is not welcome to place turf in Philly. And we dot need to go there. We welcome anyone. We simply are establishing the city as a safe zone. No capping of anyone unless the player knows and is cool with it. If we all can agree to this. The city of brotherly love can go finally go back to the way it was. And with the addition of positive new players in the city we can grow it and take the city to new heights. I appreciate everyones coperation. Well back to work. Let me know what you all think.

Davey, I appriciate the explaination. But I really don't trust that your V is only for defense. I'm not sure if I can sit idle by as you declare V after V on me for no reason. Also, I really don't understand your idea of asking someone before capping. You think if I ask someone if it's cool to cap their turf, they are going to say yes? Do u really ask people before you cap? Why do you get to decide who gets capped? We already saw what happened when I listened to you before, when u said that alpha was safe to cap.

not created by me and I had nothing to do with why you were targeted. Have I hit you once? No. Hence defense. Why am I suddenly crazy for establishing a safe zone. This is not the first city to do so. It allows everyone a fair chance to grow and not worry about being capped in their own hometown. However outside the city is different. And Mikey. I told you, you could take a few turf off alpha seeing as we didn't have any connection at the time with you or alpha. This was mind you in the midst of thug and mikey you claimed to be over your limit and you were trying to spread out a bit. I was um aware that alpha had joined our fight and was on oir side. Psi had given me the impression that he and his alternates are solo. Which i respect.
