I believe god created us to be with him, but our sins separated us from god. sins cannot be removed by good deeds, no matter how good or important they are, and the payment for the sins is eternal death and torture in hell. Paying the price, God's son, Jesus Christ died for us on cross so that we could be with him again, if only we believe and follow him, doing his will. Every sin u make is forgiven by faith in Him, and we are to believe in Him alone, and no other. Life with the Lord starts now, and it lasts forever with him in heaven.

No one knows eh? I u worry about till after ur dead, u will be dying forever. Think about it. Believe it or not, everyone lives forever. Now, WHERE u live forever is a diff matter. Heaven, or Hell. Hell is the place where u get worse than third degree burns all over your body, and on the brink of death forever, with no water to quench. Forever. And ever. And ever. And ever. Not good. Read my other post to learn more.Who honestly cares? I mean no one knows for 100% what is there after we are dead. I'll worry about it when I'm dead.

When someone dies, they either go to heaven or hell. No purgatory, no other alternatives. Each and every sin you can commit is equal to every other in God's eyes. The apostle James wrote "whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet stumble in one point, he is guilty of all." A perfect life can be lived, with just one sin, and that is enough to condemn. But on the other hand, the most evil person imaginable can be completely cleansed and forgiven for repenting and turning to Jesus.

To those guys who said how can u put your faith in a book: the reason mormons put their faith in the book of mormon is because after you read it, it sats to honestly pray and ask if its true. Everyone who has done that has felt the spirit and know its true. Make fun of it all you want but everyone who's read it and prayed about will back me up. You guys should try it.

There is Jesus Christ our lord and savior who will return for us some day I encourage every one to grab a bible and read the book of John and pray to god for understanding of his word and you will be absolutely amazed how the holy spirit will guide you I used to not believe until I asked god for forgiveness of my sins and my life has been amazing ever since

The book of Revelation condemns anyone who attempts to add from or take away from the scriptures. The Bible is the only inerrant God-inspired scripture, and affirms this numerous times. Heaven and hell are it.

Come on...got the formatting wrong again.

Funny you mentioned that it condemns anyone who changes or adds verses. The people who "made" the Book of Mormon actually changed verses from the original manuscript twisting it to fit their beliefs. It changed verses to attack the deity of Christ.

First of all, almost all of you are skipping over the fact that you think "god" is real. There's no facts, there's no heaven, hell, limbo, or whatever. You just die. You are just trying to fill the void of the unknown. True, it would be nice to go to what people describe as heaven, that would be nice. Think of it like this. Read your "bible" and replace the word "god" with Invisible Pink Unicorn. Sounds kinda stupid, don't ya think? Sure, there's wisdom in the bible, but, seriously? Killing a giant with a small rock? You can't really prove that scientifically. It's illogical if giants were real. Listen, I'm not trying to sway you away from your "beloved" faiths, but think of it logically. It would suck to just die. It'd be awesome to be in a heaven. But remember, using faith to fill the void to the unknown isn't really smart.
-
Well, the fact is we don't know. We all choose to believe something, though. There are a few questions every belief system in history tries to answer, and one of them is, what happens after death? I believe the Bible (all of it) so I believe in heaven and hell. If you don't believe the Bible, you probably won't.

If you watch the show 1,000 ways to die, getting killed by a Rick is nothing. Faith is believing. If you believe you'll live tomorrow, you have faith. Everyone has faith and needs faith.

The book of Mormon is derived from the Bible. It's evident in manuscript style.

I second that, being a Bible believer. God is the beginning and the end. Which disproves your theory of a human being able to attain the level of "god".

think about it you reckon? And then you say we all live forever? Come on mate hahaha don't make me laugh. You talk of heaven and hell as if you or somebody you know has been there and witnessed for yourself. Who needs water when you're already dead? How can you be on the brink of death when you've already died? Thanks for the offer but I don't need to read any post to do any learning ;) I'm all for people having their own beliefs tbh.Bill Olsen wrote:

And no, a small rock killing a giant is NOT believable, if it came from a slingshot.
Therefore, ALIENS.

I believe when you die you become a dung beetle. Someone wrote about it in a book long before I was alive and they were historically accurate with the weather and what not. So it must be true.
