We are kinda far apart. Being a liberal is tough sometimes in this country because we often get it from both sides (the rest of the world and the conservative base of this country) I apologize, I just get fusturated when people claim to represent me while doing actions that I do not agree with.

Cut pork barrel spending. Eliminate all the pet projects. Outlaw lobbying. Eliminate the income tax and go to a graduated sales tax or a luxury tax system. No handouts. You want welfare? I'd put them to work replacing county and state employees. Drastically Reduce the size of goverment. Complete overhaul of the welfare system. Eliminate inheritance tax and drastically reduce propertyvand capital gains taxes. Get rid of the old boy network. Overhaul the electoral system...

Try to keep in mind, the constitution's main role is to define and limit a federal government. Limit being the key word. Those limits are well defined. There is nothing vague about it. It becomes vague when you have people trying to cram everything they want to do under interstate commerce regulation and promoting general welfare. Taken at face value, those are frequently abused by the federal government. The only living and breathing part of this document are through ammendments, which are intentionally difficut to add.
If we give states their intended rights, and the people respectively, the federal government gets very small.
Defense, interstate, international. Done.

In reality each founding father had a different meaning of what was meant by the consitution. It's a reasonable argument that politics at the time were even MORE partisian than they are today. So guessing 'what the founding fathers had in mind' is as silly as guessing what 'congress has in mind' today.

2) Why do third world countries have free education.What would u cut besides welfare? Do u support the drastic cuts made to the budgets of state universities?
