The military is not for you, clearly, sorry but it isnt. Killing is a critical part to joining the military, even though the air force foesnt even train with real weapons anymore from what i hear, if you couldnt pull the trigger on another human being i wouldnt want you anywhere near me in a combat zone. If i were you, id look into spme other ways to serve your country, such as the peace corps or another service organization. They have as much if not more of a need for people like you as the military, plus you wouldnt be putting others at risk. The peace corps is an incredibly honorable way to serve, and i would check it out if i were you.

Youre looking at this the right way, asking the right questions, taking feedback and use it to help you decide. That the mature way to look at it, and honestly, it sounds like there are other options that might fit you better

Actually mystery if u are an engineer coming out of the air force they don't deploy u unless you are serving on a base And when u are serving on a base they do all the shooting u do all the repairing. Maybe if the army gets desperate enough for officers but that's one if the few cases
