I served in mother Russia for 5 yrs dealing with theyr corrupt government than came over to this great country on planet (used to be) and serving for proudly way better than USSR army so don't know what you guys are complaining about but still watching how this economy is falling down it hurt and remind me the Soviets what I pray to God this not to happen. Vote every year since I got my legal rights in this country and volunteer where I can I am hopping that 2012 election will bring bust to our economy and all of us fellow Americans that have the right to vote will use that right and made a wise choise other wise this country will fall apart like the national credit rating did and I still believe that we can do this 🇺🇸🇺🇸. USMarine
We can do this fellows (apologies for spelling correctness ) -
3 years US Army Infantry. I was a 60 gunner. Back during Desert Shield. To this day I hate the desert. Oh, and a little operation in Korea. But that was all hush hush.

its gonna take more than just an election.

you are looking at decades of mismanagement from both political parties. a population that can't seem to see through the lies and politicians who always look for short term solutions and don't have the balls to be leaders and tell the public that this shit isn't an instant fix.basically across the globe, leaders are followers not leaders.
the days of leaders leading are long gone
they follow what the people tell them, and the people don't know.
we need leaders who will do the right thing not what makes people vote for them -
lets look at the mccain campaign and joe the plumber.
they try to portray themselves as the ordinary man, saying they will do what you want.
well, if you put joe the plummer as CEO of GE, Apple, CISCO or any major company they would go bust in a second.
cause joe is a plummer not a CEO.
and joe shouldn't be a presedent cause he has no idea how complex things like world politics and economics work .
so if you let joe dictate how the country should be run you'll be where you are now.
i have no idea what the solution is, but the current system is just making it worse -

I think we can all agree that on the whole, vets tend to make much better Presidents. Obama's doing the same thing to our military that Clinton did. There's no way now the US could manage an offensive like in the Gulf War. (hard to imagine that was 20 year's ago!)

Have given and helped make 100s of Operation Christmas Child Boxes, my churchactivle partcipates in several different organizations including Stella's house, cOmmon ground, and we have built about 50 wells in Africa, and some ohers

war creates more problems than it solves.you'll should be spending money on your people not bombs.
also your congress controls the pentagons budget, not your president.... -
@ The 12th Doctor,
I'll also go a step further and say , u may be part of the current problem.
you think you know what you are talking about and want to have things your way.sorry to be the bearer of bad news, you have no idea of the information the pentagon, congress and your president use to make their decisions and you want to voice your opinion and have a say.
I read tons of books on revolutions, current and past social and economic situations, world history, leaders past and present.
and the one thing i know, is that i can't firmly judge anyone or their decisions without the information they are privy too.
and i will probably never get that info, much less the time to digest it all. -
I make good grades, helping our school to convince the government that public school funding is worth it a LOT better than those stupid middle eastern wars. No offense Army Veterans, but if they're not firing missiles or shooting guns at us, we don't need to do anything.

also your congress controls the pentagons budget, not your president....Sorry for going off the main topic of this thread :P but diplomacy only works as long as it can be backed up with something. Not saying the US should go around and attack everyone we have issues with. That's ignorant, wasteful, and stupid.
But you're right about Congress. Obama's been pushing to cut defense spending since he took office, but Congress has been the one doing it all.

So then if human life is insignificant, then it is alright to kill people for the fun of it, as they are just another speck of dust floating around in the universe? See how your words can become twisted? Human life is precious.🔥⌖saelo⌖🔥 wrote:
