It's obvious now that Augustine is an easy target, and although he's a little bit douchey for trying to trick us all and pretend these ideas were his own, at least he meant well.
I think now would be an excellent time for him to acknowledge some of his errors, and give some credit to his opponents so that we can all be friends again.
Being humble is is very Christian. I would like to give him that opportunity. Seems like he's having some RL issues tonight.

Since you're around I'll take my turn. Regardless about everything else morals aren't absolute. We have whole societies marrying young girls off. Whole societies where murder and cannibalism are considered ok. In your own old testament rape wasn't that major of a charge. Therefore mortals aren't absolute. By citing child molestation you're attempting to create an emptional response but even that isn't universal to all societies and all time periods
