Also puppet masters.... That little cowboy and drillhead scared my 6 year old psyche when I stole that VHS from my parents, and threw it in my VCR one night... That, pet cemetery, and ghoulies. -
Hills got eyes 1&2 and Wrong Turn 1,2 maybe not 3 lol not really shit your pants scary but rats to watch
-
Paranormal Activity is by far the most disturbing film I've watched.
-
Halloween 3 was the one unrelated to the others. It was an odd one.
I Spit On Your Grave was not really scary but quite disturbing.
It took me 10 years to find the original Last House on the Left. While I'm glad I saw it, I wouldn't say it was worth the wait. The remake was ok.
I could never pick just one. I like just scary as well as scary & gory. Vacancy 1 & 2 were both really good. White Noise was good. I liked Signs & The Happening. Cube, Hypercube, the third one were all good.
I've been disappointed with a lot of the classics remakes lately. They are mostly just cheesy. I like zombie movies but they rarely scare me. Offhand I can't think of any new horror movies that stand out.

A movie called " stay alive ".
Anyone else seen it ? -

Eeh stuff like dawn of the dead are zombie movies thy don't really scary they are zombie movies. But I like them. The happening I did like, but its just not scary it's more like a thriller, the same with signs it's aliens. And I'll be honest paranormal activity 1 and 2 sucked ass for me
-
The rite I highly recommend but it to is more like thriller with some horror
-
Whit noise I vaguely remember seeing. What about the grudge was that good or quarantine. And night of the living dead is not scary at all, I have seen it and I understand it's a classic. But it's a B-movie made i think in the 70's

The Shining is twisted, with the bonus of trivia, such as: Who ( or what) let Jack out of the freezer? I love The Thing, a straight up *ucked up movie. The Shinning

I look forward to The Thing remake. I saw the original when I was about 6 & loved it.
The Shining is a good classic, but was only moderately scary as a kid.
