Fact: I have a lightning fast metabolism
Fact: I'm trying to gain weight
Those two facts really don't fancy each other too much. Do you guys know of any methods that can help me gain some weight? Nothing too crazy

I'm 22. Around 150-160 pounds, 5'10. All my friends are bigger and taller than me. I swear they eat baby elephant seals

I have the same problem... I try doing muscle crucnches and press-ups because I gain more weight from muscle than fat because I never have any fat

I had the same problem when i was younger and nothing worked i was under weight till i was 22 then started putting weight on slowly now im just about the right weight gym can help but if you dont have much to you dont expect results quickly it will be slow.
A pint of guiness a day can help too, in fact my doctor advised this for me and i was still 14.

Exercise before eating. Lots of good carbs pasta and meat. Weights. 3 Proper meals with snacks only if you are hungery.

& ttt, I def need to exercise more, but as far as eating goes, I eat more than 96% of the ppl I know.

Have lots of carbohydrates and protein and cut down on the exercise you do to gain weight.

I also find that beer works well (good beer though none of that coors, bud or miller light crap)
