Ahh ok I see, much easier and faster than actually rolling up. I'm not a smoker, but alot of my friends have been telling me to do the same so I've been thinking about it. I dnt do the beers/alcohol. Thanks for the tips y'all

Go to the gym lift heavy weights and eat 5-6 meals per day, not snacks 5-6 meals.

Eat as much grams of protein to how many lbs u weight and work out and CONSTANTLY eat food and I don't mean junk food brah!

Just workout and get some protien shake mix:
muscle weighs more than fat so get some muscle.
I would do alot of core muscle workouts because core strength is always good probably the most important.
I would also do some running
make sure you drink plenty of water even when your not thirsty (this is really important)
if you have acess to weights then do some bench press and squats to build upper and lower body strength.
Make sure you take time to rest and your body to recuperate. Like go 2 days of working out then take a day off and so on... This should help. But remember: water, protien, run. Those you need to do or you won't get very far... -
Ohh ya and eat alot of calories but not fat or sugar calories. Good calories like carbs, and keep a well rounded diet. Alot of people are telling you to go extreme too, but don't do that. If you do then this new lifestyle will be to much for your body to handle, you should slowly introduce the new changes to your body it will make everything more smooth and productive.
Also, don't look to just gain weight. Aim to look good, because if you just put on fat then your going down hill. But if you strengthen and tone your body you will look, and feel better plus you will get thg weight you want. -
Buy some weights. Do 8 reps and 3 sets at the highest weight you can bare ( you should be unable to do 9 if the weight is right) of bicep curls, dumbell flys, bench press, weighted squats, shoulder to straight above head ( forget name). Eat alot of fish. Or if your vegetarian eggs. You need alot of protein. After a couple of weeks up the weight do this even if you feel it's still hard, you must always try and push you muscles to the limit. Natural is best.
At the end of the day tho some people are smaller than others, and if your young it will be harder to see results because of hormones, growing upwards rather than outwards etc.

Honestly. It's high protein diet. Less cardio and more weights. High weight low reps help build bulk. Low weight high reps help u tone.

Running will most lilly make you loose weight, weight lifting is the way to go to build mass

Dark stout, loads a carbs (pasta, pastry), then straight to sleep. Works for sumo's!

Try to eat more, try having about 5 meals a day, ( by meals I mean pasta, fish, bead). High weights low reps in a good gym, with a personal tutor if u can afford. Also try playing an upper body sport like boxing and rugby. Stay away from cardio (running, rowing, cycling etc.) as much as u can.

I havn't had the time to read everything...
But my tip would be Weed. It will eventually lead you down the road of junk-food all night long, and if you grow older, well, you will grow bigger. 50% joke, 50% serious.

Lol I've used weights, was smallest in my class (thus is a while back) now I'm above average, and i still do weights.

Exercise until your muscles don't seem to function. Eat meat. Repeat.
