Anyone play paintball? , every says the sport is dying but I disagree what r ur opinions? You can also post ur fav marker, hopper, tank, harness, mask, jersey ect.

I airsoft and I think airsoft is raking over where paintball left off. The guns are just so much cooler
-
It can be a pricy hobby but I like the occasional blast
-
I like it, not gonna post my favorite shit though
-
I play woodsball/scenario...the speedball tourneys and coverage seems to be dwindling but woodsball and scenario are very much alive and well here. There was a while there I'd find a speedball game on tv...it's seemed to have gone away. I have no interest in group airsoft. The guns are crazy but I'm still gonna grab my marker and head to the woods...if they could combine the coolness and realism of the airsoft guns but fired paintballs without a tank and hopper I'd be in...but I'm not down with tiny little bb's

I use a fifty foot robotic armored suit that fires six inch paintballs from twin cannons.
-
I've played both. But I still prefer paintball. I found it was hard to tell if I was being hit when being shot in areas covered by clothing or from any real distance. Getting hit in the arms and hands were another story. But being lit up by paintballs you know.
-
I got one thru the grill of my mask. It tasted DELICIOUS! 😜

True most markers look like toys but if you want to spend some bigger $ you can buy the military replicas. Still not as pretty as the more serious looking airsoft stuff but cool looking none the less.

Having non realistic "markers" allows me to play in the woods behind my house with less fear...cops know what paintball guns look like...air soft looks real and (here at least) you can't just walk in the woods with them. Technically you can't with paint ball but as long as you're not an idiot and go in public places if the cops HAPPEN to find you they'll usually leave you alone. Unless you call it a gun and not a marker. No joke my brother was said marker and the cop said "good if you had called it a paintball gun I could confiscate it"True most markers look like toys but if you want to spend some bigger $ you can buy the military replicas. What? If called in a paintball gun it would be confiscated, lucky that cop didn't cop didn't go home looking like a rainbow, the cheek on it! I've never done paintball, another to do list, right up there with my flying with helium filled balloons lol, airsoft....is that just bb guns? So u can now go to a club where u shoot eachother with metal bb's? Is there restriction on the psi? Or are they canister guns ?
-
Wise words bbk (as usual, I've come to expect no less from you ;-), the day u do make a silly post I shall eat my underwear on YouTube) and I don't blame u being careful over there, what with the reputation ur police have!!!! Didn't they shoot a guy for having a sandwich (wrapped in silver foil) that lookedlike a gun?

Even the military models aren't good enough for me. I like realism or there's no point for me

Join the military then tinker! Lol.... That's real enough for ya, on ur own with that one, give me a pink gun, one with a built in radio or whatever, asfar away from the real thing as poss,lol....reallygone off guns Sgetting older, used to love them and always was jealous that in us u could get licenses, but now I'm older Im glad we dnt have them as available as u guys, although there is still a big prob with them over here, and most kids in cities grow up around them,it's no where near as bad as usEven the military models aren't good enough for me. Is it correct that u guys have the right to ownany weapon the army has (if u can afford it) or is that a myth ,I think there is some truth to that to do with the civil war and the constitution, but any weapon the military has....?

Shouldn't have to be in the military to have guns. Shooting sports are important. And you should never be glad that your country doesnt give youfreedomTinkerBelial wrote:

I hope it doesnt turn into an amendment thing but. Maybe the right to bear arms really meant if you shot a bear you could keep it's arms (well fore legs). Or a possible typo that was suppose to be bare arms meaning you could rip off your sleeves. I dunno possible.

I've played both but Airsoft makes me mad because of peoe cheating and saying they didn't get hit when u obviously shot them 47 time.. Ps selling my full metal Thompson Airsoft gun on eBay if anyone is interested

I just played it today. Much better than my last time...
It's amazing how similar paintball can be to call of duty... Spawn killers... Campers... I even took part in a martyrdom. I am walking in a building, I see a guy shooting out a window in the room right next to me. So I pull out my grenade, jump into the room yelling and just as I'm about to throw my grenade he notices and shoots me up. I fall to the floor with the grenade RIGHT next to me... At least I took the other guy with me.

Meh, we all got the same guns, standard semi-automatics. Massive air tanks in the back as big as the gun itself. If there is a good rental near where I live and went (IL/IN), ill use it next time/year I go.I heard it's all show...but I want an under barrel shotgun for my marker...may have been good in your scenario there zaz

I'd like to actually do a Dual-Uzi. My brother did very well in the Ukraine with them
