Two Jack Russells! Insane. Barks at the drop of a fart. My house got broke into and my car got stolen. Never make a sound💤💤💤.

I love hounds! I love how regal they look and how gentle they are! I got a beagle and a basset hound and they are just amazing. But I secretly want a British bulldog for a while now but I still need to do my research on them.

English Mastiff breeder here... Our male is an amazing 250lbs with a massive beautiful head on him!

Maybe don't eat food as contains chemicals,or Dnt leave house as get run over?Sure I appreciate dogs make some owners feel safer. At the expense of those who are killed and maimed by them. Have a look on wiki at the list of fatal dog attacks, there's a list of dozens of children, women, pensioners, all dead. Still, least the owners felt a wee bit safer. Read the list of dog breeds involved. Every one the same. Staffs/ dobermans etc.
And yeah inappreciate there's more attacks by humans. Still recovering from being stabbed last year. Waiting for a bus. Should I just get a bigger dog? Maybe carrying a knife would make me feel safer too. -
U said it in ur post, it's the owners....my family have owned all sorts of dogs,my dog is not for protection, although I'm sure he would..my dog is my companion the 1 who doesn't get disappointed in me or judge me and loves to see me when I'm moody or happy, yes I have an affinity for powerful dogs but I am also a keen bird fancier!! With a gentle nature but a willingness to protect what I cherish till death, maybe just maybe that's why I appreciate dogs that were bred (by us humans) to do jobs...yet I have had collies and jack russels

I have two weims as well. Same age as yours.Weimaraners, I have 2 males. 9years old and 4 years old. Crazy smart dogs, too smart. But they need lots of exercise. Not for the couch potato.
I have done agility, tracking, therapy dog training. I run 12 miles or hike or dog park it with them at least two hours daily. I second the comment. This is definitely not the dog for someone who is not active. They really need TONS of attention as well.
I recommend clicker training from a real professional. Not some goofball at Petsmart. These are sporting dogs. They should stay that way. not a good dog for people who are not dedicated to their pets.
