I can understand why the parties were important to have that start up money, but the ideas should be solely the individuals and those on their team that also help them on decisions and growth

I'm open to someone leading in a completely different way. Either way there will be some sort of system, and whoever the "dictator" or leader is should care about the lives they are responsible for not a dictator in the way we typically view one
