A SA assault against a minor charge under admin A would count as a violent crime and as a predatory child sexual offense- even if it ends up being a plea agreement for a misdemeanor harassment charge/menacing charge with probation conditions equal to a sex offender/ child molester. Under Admin B it would not be counted as eithe Because the conviction entered wasn’t either of those. Yes, I understand per capita. I’m telling you it skews your stated statistics to make it appear that black men are committing more crimes, when in reality, they’re only committing more per capita. I think you may not understand.

During a recent visit to the state penitentiary 9 out of 10 convicts said they were framed. 1 out of 10 said they were in fact guilty but had gotten away with more serious crimes, many times.
