I take a 10-year nap, decide to finally log back in, and immediately trigger the apocalypse. Sorry everyone, I think my account was load-bearing.
Since I clearly crashed the economy/servers/matrix, I will accept forgiveness in the form of:
• Unlimited Turf Limit (it’s only fair)
• A strictly unreasonable amount of Henchmen
• All the Brens. Yes, all of them. -

Apologies for the recent issues with the flashing screens. The Redis server (used for News items and tracking game sessions) hit its memory limit around 6pm Pacific Time yesterday and began evicting sessions. This manifested itself to users as flashing screens and "crashing".
The memory limit has been increased and the game should be operating normally now, thank you for your patience while we looked into this issue.

We've just deployed a change to target some slow operations which were causing backlogs across the game. The immediate impact will be faster map loading near airports for all players, as well as faster airport-related screens for players with lots of turf, with an expected general increase in speed for fighting and anything related to interacting with Turf. If you experience any issues with airports please send us a note via Feedback. -
