How do I grow?

  I played this years ago but now I am back and I never fully understood how people grow and get such big turf circles etc.
  can someone explain the process of having more than 12 turfs, leveling up, what does owning weapons do, I have all upgrades for my turf etc.

  Might wanna check the help button. But, for bigger turf than 86 inf you need turf loot which you can get from missions. Weapons help you fight people, 1 mob can use one weapon one armor and 1 melee
