Wasn't Floyd shouting "I can't breathe!" Before Chauvin had arrived at the scene?

The prosecution's witnesses are quite compelling. Let's see what the defense will offer. Many of you are too young to have been watching the OJ Simpson trial. He appeared guilty until they proved that the bloody glove could not have been his. Lucky break? Good defense team?
All we can hope for is that the trial is fair, the truth is learned, and, if a crime was committed, that the punishment is appropriate.

Damn an honest assessment without a political agenda behind it. This is refreshing and unexpected.BigAl! wrote:

Absolutely not. I’m not following and I’m not going to. It was already given more attention than it deserved. The time and money on the media coverage alone was ridiculous not to mention what the general public did. Whole thing is laughable. Silent treatment is best.
-
There is no agenda. He knelt on a submitted man’s neck for a long period of time. He will rot away in prison for life.

They are proving in court that the factor of the knee on neck was not the causing of death. The overdose is what did it.
Putting a man on trail to do something the state police was trained to do? Your case should be with the state police, not this man, this is scapegoating.

I do not give a FUCK what caused the death. You do not press your knee on a person who has already yielded. He was submitted on the floor handcuffed. He will rot, you mark my very words and hold me to it. He’s going away for good.
-
There is no case, no scenario whatsoever where the cop comes out with a W. Even if George didn’t die, this cop should be put away for a long time just for committing the act he did.
-
I speak fact. No agendas here.

Plus the position is called recovery position. And it’s the state police training you have issue with. Not this man. He is innocent, and due to the exaggerated charges, he will walk for sure.

Look, I get it. it is horrible that someone had to die here, but the trial is proving that he was on a drug that screws up the respiratory system and even the Dr testified to that. And they also are loving the drug dealer (friend of George) did not want to admit he was selling him the drug before George got detained.
How many heads have to fly here? How about the shop keeper who called 911? How about drug laws in general and the politicians that bank off it? Your war is with them? Where is your fight cuz it shouldn’t be on this man.

Multiple people from the same department he worked in said that what he did was not proper procedure. A cop who can’t follow protocol is more dangerous than a man with a fake 20$.𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐜𝐨𝐞♞ wrote:

Plus .
It’s called the recovery position for people who are on narcotics. Not sure who are referencing, but this is standard. Have you seen a man on narcotics wipe out 3 cops at once after being detained? Hell I got a video on my phone right now from down the street, dude resisting 3 officers one which was bigger than him

Two thoughts and I’ll leave it at that.
1) Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
2) Sworn oath to protect and serve- this doesn’t apply to
only law abiding persons it includes persons detained and under arrest- priority of protection is the public at large, the officer(s) and then the detainee. -

1.) Yes i believe the cop is innocent. As for floyd, well people are arrested and detained before they have the chance to prove their innocence all the time. He is no exception. Two thoughts and I’ll leave it at that.

2.) He was protecting the store owner and other citizens from a dangerous threat. A man blatantly trying to and on drugs, and prior criminal... yes he’s a threat. Or would you have him over for dinner? :). -
Now there’s admitted, that Chauvin used less force than he could have been permitted to do.
This is crazy stuff, the prosecutors are not doing so good.

Conservative commentator, Steven Crowder was supposedly going to have someone kneel on his neck for 9+ minutes on his show today. I haven’t watched it to see how it turned out. Either way, it won’t change a thing but I think it’s kinda funny.

Isn’t the recovery position when someone gives in to Razor, takes a deep breath, relaxes the muscles, close the eyes and hope it won’t take too long to vacate your circle(s)?

There is a decent chance that if you were handcuffed and held in a prone position on your stomach for 9+ minutes, you’d suffer damages, if not death. After resistance faded, protocols dictated that he should have been rolled onto his side into the recovery position. That did not happen. Why not ?

Idk I’ve never had to detain a meth speed baller before. I’m sure pain compliance could work but at that point this guy was 2 times bigger than me and hooked on a multiple drugs . I ain’t taking no chances. He could have used the taser after he started kicking the officers but they choose to sustain him on the ground. As requested by dare I say? Fuck him if he would have sat in the back of the car and not fought in the beginning things may be different. Fuck these criminals that fuck themselves and then it’s law enforcements fault. We should focus on the beginning and hold criminal accountable.

I agree, or perhaps addressing the war on drugs. Altogether, this could have been avoided if one wasn’t so worried about being locked up because he had drugs in his possession.Fuck him if he would have sat in the back of the car and not fought in the beginning things may be different.
