bullshit?
The associate, Tony Bobulinski, alleged that in May 2017 he met with Joe Biden and his son, as well as Joe Biden’s brother Jim to discuss a joint venture with the Chinese energy firm CEFC. That was after Joe Biden had left public office, and it was far from clear he would again run in 2020. But Bobulinski appeared to be disputing Joe Biden’s assertion that he had never discussed foreign business dealings with his son.

Can't pass illegal laws that violate the laws in place. if you want to play the game, everyone is playing fair "well unless you change the rules".
That sir is dangerous. and it amazes me that your ok with this.

“Cant pass illegal laws that violate laws in place.”
What legal law was passed and was found to be illegal in relation to the 2020 - regardless or not of if it violated other legal laws (which may or may not be illegal based on other legal laws).
Seriously this loop can keep going like the energizer bunny.

It’s like I’m going to have to explain this to a child...

You know what, how about we make a law that registered democrats and republican voter ballots are thrown out. Hey if it becomes law it’s morally right. Right?

I know this is sort of off topic but does anyone else remeber those North Korean summits? Ya know, the ones where trump was suppose to secure denuclearization deals with ole Kim..... but ended up creating worst relations with the North korean state? Art of the deal my ass. And the only reason why trump didnt go to war with either NK or Iran is because he knows hes not competent enough to lead a war effort. I mean how many sec. of defense has trump gone through in 4 years? 4? 5? Maybe more, no one knows 🤷♂️. All i know is James Mattis after being fired by trump refered to him as a "fucking idiot".

The Texas AG has the radical position in this case. If the case was actually heard (which I doubt it will) and the precedent from Bush v Gore applied, Texas would lose the case.
Honestly you are getting swindled. -
For those that are interested, the problem with this case is that whilst Texas has the constitutional ability bring the case before SCOTUS, I doubt that the court will accept that Texas (or any other state) has standing as plaintiff.
On the other hand while Trump has standing in the case as plaintiff he can’t constitutionally bring the case to SCOTUS because it can only act as an appeals court for plaintiffs that are NOT states. -

the U.S. Supreme Court overturned the Florida decision, holding that the various methods and standards of the recount process violated the equal protection clause of the U.S. Constitution. The court ruled 5–4 on the remedy of the matter, with the majority holding that the Florida Supreme Court’s decision had created new election law—a right reserved for the state legislature—and that no recount could be held in time to satisfy a federal deadline for the selection of state electors.
The supreme court ruled against the state that they didnt have the right to change the rules , very similar to the Texas case -
What new election law did the Florida Supreme Court create?
What new law did the PA Supreme Court create? -

It didn’t create new election law. From what was posted, the vote was held. There winner was disputed and a recount was held. The court ruled the recount to be invalid due to
and not sufficient time left to do another recount. If that is the precedent being claimed, the votes for Biden would stand. Shucks. -
Next will be a lawsuit against China and Biden. It will state Biden conspired with China to release Covid just to manipulate the voting process and remove bigly orange from office

The basic fight or difference between the left of center liberals and the right of center conservatives seems to be:
A)LOCL: Society is too stupid to make correct decisions and government needs to decide for them.B)ROCC: Government is too slow and stupid to make correct decipher s and people need to decide for themselves.
The center (Dem and Repub) : People should make decisions for themselves and government should only step in when the nature of a decision will alter the lives of society at large and the government can afford to do so.

But apparently not similar enough to actually warrant a review.
Too soon?
