Find out soon enough lol i think its 18 states now .States cannot supersede federal laws . Safe harbor doesn't mean much .. the only date that really matters is jan 20th .They can have all the states in the lawsuit that they want. It doesn’t change that there is no merit to it. Safe harbor has passed. If there were legal issues that they wanted to address they needed to do that before November 3rd.

All states have certified their votes from the election. Congress must recognize these votes (the assigned electors) when they meet in January per Federal law. Like you said, states can’t supersede federal law.
It’s way over.The Supreme Court isn’t going to bail him out. All evidence that has been presented has lost over 50 times in several states. SCOTUS just benchslapped the PA case yesterday 9-0. It’s over.
Reading the current complaint, they are comparing probabilities of ppl voting for Biden against previous votes for Hillary and Obama. That’s not a lawsuit, that’s a pipe dream. That’s not evidence of anything.
Paxton from Texas just wants to get pardoned by Trump, he’s under indictment in Texas.

My momma is not fat because;
A) 300 # is a normal weight for an 8’6” woman. They did not account for her being vertically challenged. She is being discriminated against according to ADA laws.
B) She only eats natural foods, naturally. It is a fact that Natural foods stabilize the human metabolism whereas processed food causes constant fluctuations causing weight gain.
C) The friends of my momma are 315#, 321# and 309#. That in fact makes her the skinniest person.

If scotus accepts that these states have standing in this case - even without granting the requested leave, it will open the door to other contests between states over election issues.
How long before California & New York sue Texas over claims of voter suppression tactics, gerrymandering etc...
The court is on a slippery slope here. -

You do not have any rights to edit and change the Electors clause before an election and then call it a "fair election". The rest of the states follow the rules while others violate them. call it what you want, but the fact remains the same. These concerns matter now. because if not then elections will never matter....

I voted by mail. If you believe my vote should not be counted and tossed out, you are mistaken. I can get behind not declaring a winner if there was proven (PROVEN) instances of widespread fraudulent votes (persons with multiple ballots, dead people) or manipulated equipment in sufficient quantity to alter the outcome. That has not been established. I suppose it could be, but it looks less likely with each passing breath.
