Every Friday night is movie night for the family. Movie choices are geared towards my two boys who are under 13. We’ve gone through a lot of the traditional classics and a bunch of the newer selections. My kids are HUGE fans of slapstick comedy. It’s getting more and more difficult to find selections we haven’t seen yet. Any help from the studio audience would be greatly appreciated.

Lion king, toy stories, back to the future trillogy jumangi, are all on the (seen it) list unfortunately. The cartoon shit like dragon ball and similar...the adults can’t make it through.

They’re under 13. Don’t think fast and furious and old school are quite in their wheel house just yet. Not saying they wouldn’t enjoy them but I think the downside of letting them watch those choices out weighs the entertainment value.
We’ve started looking into tv series and may go that route (weighing the simpsons) but are hoping to keep it to movies vs tv. It’s just a different feel.They’ve seen karate kid 1 and loved it, saw kk2 and were just meh.
Thinking about gremlins but my oldest gets scared easily and my youngest is all about more gore please.
We’ve seen Jurassic park 1&2. They don’t want to see the others yet. -

Plot isn't important at that age. *The movie needs to have poop,farts, penises and boob jokes. Ridiculous 6 is a great choice for them. It's rediculous! My 8 yo loves SUPERBAD, but hopefully you Are a more responsible parent than I am. I don't suggest this for normal people and their 8 year-olds. 🤷🏼♂️ My 8 yo wants to be McLovin for Halloween. Did I mention I sleep on the couch?
