Personally I don't see much difference between between a space alien sending his son on a suicide mission to redeem a poisoned blood line from the influence of a talking serpent and reptilian shape shifters controlling various politicians and celebrities, but it all sounds plausible with enough exposure I guess.

Icke uses other people's sources and jumps on them and writes about them! I wouldn't confuse a few nut balls in high places with a conspiracy theory that the world in controlled by an organized group of devil-worshipping warmongers for profit.
It's the tendency to buy into conspiracy theories in general that I'm against here. Why do people think JFK was assassinated by anyone but Oswald? It's that tendency. Why would people think we didn't land on the moon? The tendency. Why do people hunt chupacabras or alien abduction stories? Why?
It's a general tendency in some people to take in flimsy, fantastic fantasy if it feeds their own fears and superstitions rather than accept the mundane truth of the matter.
That's what I'm fighting here. I couldn't give a crap about a bunch of British pedos.

it is said, and true. a simple search can return the sex offenders around your neighborhood, it's logical that they are in political positions around the world also. is every politician a pedophile? no. is the ratio higher than just in the general public? maybe. but i don't see a conspiracy, they are naturally more visible because of their positions and people are actively trying to find dirt on them. a teacher sleeping with a student gets more plublicity than some college kid banging out a highshool or even jr. high kid. ones news the other is not. but both are sad. even if that same person was abusing younger kids i doubt it gets the coverage of a political figure.

now take it from a teacher and move the story to a politician or religious figure and the coverage expands even more. they are in highly visible positions so even creating a witch hunt for "sex offender politicians" still doesn't mean a conspiracy. just means it's more in the light and maybe they want to focus on it more because of their positions. does it deserve more attention than any other pedophile problem? no. but it gets it because we are talking the news and one story has more news value than the other.
