And if we don't fight back they won't stop getting stronger an stronger until nuclear warheads won't affect them at all if we don't start a revolution Our country will fall because of the secrets it's keeping from us they are in league with Isis I'm pretty sure because Isis has been recruiting in the U.S. Ad we aren't doing anything about it I mean Isis was going to Behead a child in PUBLIC but they where caught COME ON HOW IS THAT NOT A DECLARATION OF WAR?! We are in danger a long as they exist people!!!Even if we take all of them out, their ideas still exsist and another group will form.

But their bible is evil it says anyone who doesn't agree must be destroyed so the danger is if they take it for real
In the middle 1500's, the Spanish came to the New World. They conquered much of Central America. With each city they came across they gave the inhabitants an ultimatum: accept Jesus Christ as your lord and savior or die by sword and fire. The tribes that stood up to the conquest died in battle. The survivors that still held on to their beliefs were burned alive at the stake. From these atrocities Catholicism was firmly rooted in the New World.
Please tell me what the difference of ISIS is in the modern era from the Spanish expansion into Mexico and Central America in the early years of American colonization, aside from YouTube.

Isis is an army group not an empire and Spain conquered most of South America as well Isis are Islamic and they tried to behead people in public inside the United States at this time in the modern world Isis isn't spreading a religion they are merely making their own country while Spain was an empire expanding to get richer HELLO Spain didn't care about spreading religion they where more worried about making a quick buck thy where more concerned about having slaves to work in their mines and not giving a fuck about religion they didn't care what happened to the natives because they where merely property while Isis just wants their own country YES AN THAT IS THE DIFFERENCE and fyi that wa England and France that did that shit but they also had native slaves as well

Lenny, look.. Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition.
But really, it was all for the glory of God. You should see the parallels here. Islam and Christianity have the same roots. You will find stories of brutal conquest in the name of God in your bibble, as in the Koran.

Smh I don't see how bashing Christians answers the original question of, " How do u feel about Isis?" They are very sick and a very real threat to our way of life, and bashing Christians in defence of them makes u sound flat out stupid REGARDLESS of how well u try and word ur pathetic posts in the defence of Isis. Too bad u clowns with ur liberal view points aren't the ones actually about to have ur head sawed off!! And in 2014 u won't find a Christian group commiting those atrocities. Oh btw, to touch on the ancient times ur so fond of referring, every religion attempted to force their beliefs on the masses and things were different then. In 2014 TODAY if u would rather be with OR defend Isis? Ur not only a clown but much much worse. So have some respect for ur country AND common sense and stop defending Isis! U make a decent person want to puke

Hey Emily, Google "first nation boarding schools" to see what your church has been up to recently.

Wait... Who was defending ISIS or ISIL or whateverthefuck they are called now?

Funny. I'm sure the people trying to stop the spread of Christianity said the same thing.
"What is happening here has happened before, and will happen again."

How do I feel about ISIS?
Beheading people on video for everyone to see is wrong. No matter the religious reasons.
I'm also skeptic of the "religious reasons" for it. I only know of Islam what I learned from my World History class, but it feels more like a "we hate you no matter what" statement than a "accept Allah or die" statement.
As to the Spanish Inquisition- that was wrong as well. Yes it was the Christians that did it, but it was still wrong.

I'm not defending IS or attacking my country.
I'm attacking religion. For once again, it rears it's ugly head.
In 2014 times *have* changed. After mapping the human genome, we now know there was no first human. No first human, no original sin. No original sin, no blood redemption on a cross.
Without Adam, there is no Christianity.
Or are you one of those "extremists" that rejects science and would die in battle for God?

In other words if Isis wants a country we can help them do it in Russia they would have less power

The whole premise of the Bible is that God(/Jesus/Holy Spirit) cannot sin. If he did sin, there would be no perfect sacrifice that could wash away our sins, and by extension no reason to follow him. You don't wash dishes with dirty water.Romulen wrote:

Wait, what? That's fascinating, but it has nothing to do with my point. Exodus and Deuteronomy clearly indicate disobedient children should be killed. It's not a sin to kill disobedient children. But *would you*?Brown🎵Note😲 wrote:

A religious extremist is simply someone that follows the instructions and examples in their holy book.
The culture most people adopt concerning their ancient holy books is that they cherry pick out the parts that are socially acceptable at the time, and explain away the rest. You fool yourself into believing that the rules change over time, when the book claims that God is eternal, perfect, and unchanging.
IS is rejecting that practice, and I think that's the honorable thing to do. They have very strong faith in their book, and they are following it to the timeless letter.
The problem is the book is a collection of lies and superstition.
The Bible in is the same thing. Sometimes people want to follow it so honestly that they become "extremists". And bad shit goes down.
An extremist is a person of very strong faith.

While I do agree that there are people who follow both religions way too strictly, that doesn't make it right. When I say, "Go jump in a lake.", I don't actually mean for you to do that. Misinterpretation is the word, I believe.
And where does it say to kill disobedient children again? I don't recall ever reading that. Could you provide a specific verse? -

Why don't u look for an Arab to answer your question?

As long as there is religion, there will be wars based on the premise of "my holy book said to" or "my supernatural deity is better than your supernatural deity." Religion is a very sensitive subject and if people see a threat to their religion, they try to destroy the threat because they believe their religion is superior to another person's. Why do people say things like "Christianity is under attack by the secular movement and Islamic states in the middle east." Why do some religions have missionaries to go and convert people to their religion. Whether they do it to 'save' the person or to rid of 'competition' is up for debate, but I think the world needs to respect other people's religious (or non-religious) beliefs.

It's not a big deal. I say if we silently prevent through covert ops and stuff but ignore them publicly and through th media it'll work out. Just don't give them the attention they seek. Treat them like children. Or women😝.
