Grilling Time!
Forums › General Discussion › Grilling Time!-
Early spring means it's time to bust out the grills and smokers. Today I'm smoking up some Cornish Hens, my second attempt should be done in 5-6 hrs.

I got my meatloaf sitting in the freezer that is ready in 4min in the microwave.
-
I'll take a med well done steak and some fries. Don't forget some beer too.
-
Just had a nice steak last weekend. Always nice to celebrate the spring with a killer steak and some potatoes.

I have a little cast iron hibachi. It's shaped like a pig. I just love that little grill. :)

Meatloaf can still be q'ed. Just need a foil boat or old baking sheet. Put some wood smoke in there, some pasta sauce over the top... Damn tasty!I got my meatloaf sitting in the freezer that is ready in 4min in the microwave.
Pork loin, marinated in apple pie filling and cinnamon for 24 hrs, cover it in paprika, wrap it in foil and bbq for just under an hr. Drool worthy.

I grill all year. :-)

Just pulled my Hens, the cook pretty quick. I brined them for 4 hours this morning. Smoked them with a few chunks of cherry wood. Can't even pick 'em up by the leg with out pulling it off! Can't wait to do these again and share with the family!

No, I have next to nothing in the department of outdoor cooking. I'm going to look into it for sure. To be honest I'm just looking up the function of a smoker, haha. Have to start somewhere.ξἧģἷиϵϵŗ wrote:

Screw you guys. It's mid autumn, my house is warm and cosy, and it's pissing rain outside. I wish it was summer and I could be cooking up a meaty storm on the back veranda 😕

Okay since steaks seem to be the favorite meat to grill. Whats yalls (proper Texas spelling) favorite cut of steak. My personal is the Rib Eye, not as tender as the filet, but it isn't all pretentious. It's the real deal steak! Mmmhmm!🍛🍷 or 🍻.

Im a big fan of flat irons. They tend to stay tender even if u over cook them
-
I'm a big fan of the REAL grill glove 😏

Tonight I'm making a rosemary and olive oil pork loin roast on the rotisserie on my grill. As for my steaks, I'm personally a fan of any steak, as long as it screams when i cut it. My favorite cut of steak is the New York Strip steak though

Dinner at ShadowKing's house tonight!

Rib eye is too fatty IMO. It's good but I prefer a nice porterhouse or NY strip. Full of flavor and nice and tender.Okay since steaks seem to be the favorite meat to grill.
