Ribeyes are cut from the Porterhouse. Porter houses are just way too much meat.

I grilled today. Turkey burgers and corn on the cob, both on the grill. They were pretty delightful.

Ribeyes are not cut from porter houses, a porterhouse is New York strip and filet 👍

Last time i had Cornish Game hens they were honestly cooked under the hood of my 92 Nissan Pathfinder as my Thanksgiving day meal. Some tricks are unique, such is the life of a Driver. And, they did turn out good, with all of the fixins as well...
