First, my mother is not on welfare so it's not the government's business. Secondly, I have never bought my mom a ridiculous $45,000 SUV. What's the monthly nut on that? $500? If your girlfriend has full access to it, you are essentially giving her a $500 a month taxable gift, which should be counted as income in any honest accounting of her financial affairs. Are you paying her bills too and buying her clothes? Apparently so if he bank account is empty. Don't you see how criminally fraudulent it is for her to pretend to be broke on paper when she's clearly far from it, thanks to you? If she wasn't collecting welfare then fine, but she is, and she is committing a felony by not disclosing that she has a sugar daddy and in actuality does not qualify for a single dime of MY money. You are stealing from the American people by every definition of the word.✂️do u report to the IRS every time you buy your mom a gift?

Hate filled? Not at all. I don't know what in the hell happened to you Mack to be honest. You've always had your quirks but we used to be pretty tight and you helped bring me into WSS. I never judged on you about your little discretions in game and in life. If you feel that I got personal by generalizing, well I took it personal when you generalized in saying that anyone that's unemployed today it's because they don't wanna work. That was probably one of the more ignorant things I've read on GD in a long while. At least to me. And that's saying something considering the wealth of content that's on display on these forums.Wow Grimm. Such a hate filled little man aren't ya? Once again, when a point is made that liberals can't stand, name calling comes out. Gratz!

She isn't working under the table for cash. That was 2 others I know. SHE HAS NO ASSETS! The car is in MY name. Do u have a roommate that borrows your car? A brother? Better file it right?

As soon as they ask on the application if she has a "sugar daddy" then I'll agree with ya. But they don't. My SUV is parked at her house. Along with another truck and a camper. She has nothing in her account because she doesn't work. I do not pay a single bill of hers. What she is doing is 100% LEGAL.

If that money is not yours, I'd be happy to claim it lol. Seriously, as an S Corp you would have filed a schedule K-1 reporting all corporate profits for the purpose of assessing corporate taxes. The K-1 is admissible in every family court in America for the purposes of determining child support, with regards to the corporation's owner, presumably you. You were likely required in the divorce settlement to disclose any change in your income, including corporate profits. Your wife could take you back to court and have a forensic accountant easily determine that you owe tens of thousands in back child support. The more you talk about it, it becomes clear that your supposed success is nothing but an illusion. You are surrounded by all these ticking time bombs, frauds and felonies that are just waiting explode in your face and bankrupt you. Grimm I'm still cool with ya brother. We don't see eye to eye, but still cool with me. That being said, if you personally were unemployed, I would say that you don't want to work. That's not a generalization. There are so many companies begging for workers that it wouldn't be anyone's fault but your own if you were unemployed for more than a day or two.

And that's where I call bullshit. You don't know what you're talking about. Seriously you don't. I looked for a job steadily for somewhere in the neighborhood of 18-20 months. Not all states and job markets are the same. It's experience based. Almost anywhere I could work requires filing an application online. That's no way to make an impression on an employer. People are limited by a little thing called life. And the trials and bullshit that comes along with life. I don't have a 45k SUV to drive around. Me n my wife are sharing my 99 escort for us to both work full time. Were fucking dedicated. So saying it's because I didn't wanna work is offensive as hell. Like I said already the unemployment rate in Cali is/was one of the highest in the country. No one in my city is just giving up their jobs willingly. You don't just drive around town seeing "now hiring" signs everywhere. I don't get why that's so hard for you to understand.

Oops, my bad. Well, the good news for your ex-wife and children is that even though it is not a pass-through corporation, you still have to disclose your ownership of it and it's profits in family court. You have admitted that you are hiding money there to avoid paying child support, that's a huge red flag. It will take a judge about 30 seconds to figure out exactly what you're up to and award your wife back child support and possibly even damages because you were so blatant about it. You're not half as clever as you think you are. Seriously, talk to an attorney and they'll tell you the same.

Mack, what don't you understand about there being 3 people looking for a job for every job available? Let me break it down for you in a way you can understand. It's musical chairs with 3 players and one chair, 2 people will have nowhere to sit no matter how hard they try. Every person in the country could move to wherever the work is, Odessa, Dickinson, whatever, and there would still be two thirds of those people unemployed even though all the jobs have been filled. We don't have a labor problem at all, there are tons of people looking for a job, any job. We have a job supply problem. Damn, pay attention.

You do understand that nobody "owns" a corporation right? I'm CEO. Does the CEO of McDonald pay taxes on what McDonald makes? No. They don't. I've been to court. I furnished all the articles of incorporation. They knew exactly what I was doing, but not a thing they can do about it. If I sell my personal shares in the company, that is a capital gain and would sorta effect my child support. But they take a 3 year average so it doesn't really hurt that bad. Fnord, me and the courts have already been through all this and settled. Maybe in your state, but in Texas my income is only what's associated with my SSN. The corporation has it's own tax payer ID number.

Illuvion:
What I'm saying to do is change the welfare law. I could report her today, and not a thing will change because as it's written, she isn't doing anything wrong. You can put whatever adjitive on it you want, but it's LEGAL. -

Then come get the jobs that are here! I'm showing you how to come make 90k a year with zero overhead and all you want to do is argue! Is mine a silver bullet for unemployment and welfare? Shaking my head right now. If anybody reading all this wants to work and make amazing money, shoot me a PM. Hell, I'll hire ya if your smarter than a bag of hammers. I can get probably 150 people into jobs that require no experience and making 90k. This isn't an anecdotal example.

McDonald IS a C corp. there are only C and S. That's the only letters they use. And the judge knew exactly what I was doing but there wasn't a thing he could do about it. I smiled at him the whole time. The only income that can be used is the income associated with MY SSN. No where is there a contribution. (McDonald may be a LLC or something so u may be right. Not sure if they are. Instead use Halliburton in the example instead)
-
Never said I had nothing to hide either. The whole reason I incorporated was child support (and liability). I haven't contradicted 1 single thing. They wanted $2800 a month child support when it all started (her lawyer messed up on math). I kept asking for a continuance so I could hire a lawyer and work around my scheduale. What I was actually doing was setting up the corporation. Told them I couldn't afford a lawyer and then handed a copy of my paycheck showing $400 a week salary. The judge knew exactly what I did and why I did it. Even told me so. But there wasn't a thing in the world he could do about it.
-
The labor market is 3.8% because everybody here is working. There is a Keyzer on here that lives in Odessa and will back me if he ever comes on. Drive down I-20 and count now hiring signs.
