We've confirmed a release data of June 27 with Apple. That means the app will be available around midnight in the time zone of your country's App Store – this means players in Australia will get it first (around 1400 GMT tomorrow), followed by Europe & the UK, then the US & Canada. ✂If you're not in one of these countries, you unfortunately won't be able to download Global Supremacy – though we plan to add support for more countries as soon as we can. If you have access to an iTunes account that lets you download despite not living in the above countries, you'll still be able to play, but won't get the full experience with the territories etc.

Dammit - I'm connected to the US Apple store, but live in Australia's time zone, so I guess I am going to have to wait for a late time zone to start. -

The release time seems to vary - it can be any time within a few hours of midnight local time for each country's App Store. For countries with multiple time zones, I assume Apple picks one and runs with it.
Either way, the app should be available early morning on the 27th, local time.
