  Not necessarily true. Being a top player of a game like TW (and I assume GS) needs several things - time is only one of those.

  Hey everyone,
  We've confirmed a release data of June 27 with Apple. That means the app will be available around midnight in the time zone of your country's App Store – this means players in Australia will get it first (around 1400 GMT tomorrow), followed by Europe & the UK, then the US & Canada. We can't control the exact time it shows up in your App Store, so if you can't see it please wait a few hours and try again.

  Austria
  Belgium
  Bulgaria
  Cyprus
  Czech Republic
  Denmark
  Estonia
  Finland
  France
  Germany
  Greece
  Hungary
  Ireland
  Italy
  Latvia
  Luxembourg
  Malta
  Netherlands
  Norway
  Poland
  Portugal
  Romania
  Slovakia
  Slovenia
  Spain
  Sweden
  Switzerland

  If you're not in one of these countries, you unfortunately won't be able to download Global Supremacy – though we plan to add support for more countries as soon as we can. If you have access to an iTunes account that lets you download despite not living in the above countries, you'll still be able to play, but won't get the full experience with the territories etc.

  Yes – members of the same Syndicate can gift limited amounts of Cash, Resources, and Tiberium to each other.
